One member a bit earlier said that it doesn't matter where the Kissbox comes from.In the USA this is true, you can personally import expensive items. Here in Ireland you can only import one item of $70 (including postage) from outside the EU.The fact that the Kissbox comes from Holland is great for me because I would have to pay maybe 40 euro tax & duty from China.

I paid for the Kissbox today because 1) my Power Line V9 mini is slowly dying (see previous review) and 2) It has got great reviews here. One gripe : the weird Paypal system they have (you don't pay on the website) took all the money from my credit card and not my Paypal balance.Maybe because my balance is in £ GBP.

My only worry is that in 3, 4, 6 months there may be problems with the Kissbox. Its all new technology.
I went back to having to smoke roll ups and they were disgusting! The e cig is the clear way forward.

The Kissbox sounds great & of good quality.I'm looking forward to it!

I would like to pay for mine, but they don't seem to want my money.. They assumed my paypal adress was the same as the one I used for the account on their site (which it is not), so I wrote them a mail.. A day later, still no reply. So I wrote another one to another adress this morning - and still no reply from both of them. Diddn't someone say they had good customer service? Ignoring a customer is not "good" if you ask me.

I Used a different address than paypal's. They accepted it. But did you register with the same email of paypal?

You'd be better off using the same address on the site as what your Paypal address is.

What annoyed me was they took the money off my credit card...also I noticed the invoice and the paying Paypal pages
had no mention of an electronic cigarette or mentioned Ruyan or whatever. Why was that?

Huh?
That has nothing to do with them, that's the way you set up your Paypal account.

That's issue between pay pal and you, not between ruyan and you.

I have 2 paypal accounts, one linked to my banking account (I prefer that one), and one that's linked to a credit card that they issued to me.

Yeah, the very first page the paypal invoice takes you to has the method of payment listed, you have to click there and go to another page to change it from the default. That's a paypal thing that always annoys me. Mine always wants to take it from my bank account first, not my CC.

And as to them not getting back to you, I said they have good service, I never said fast. :) People get too impatient with e-mail sometimes, IMO. It usually takes a couple days to hear back, in my experience with them. Also remember the time zone differences.

Well, I myself don't have a paypal adress (I trust paypal next to nothing, so I won't use it normally) but a relative of mine has and I'm allowed to use it. While making the account on ruyanxpress, I diddn't know they used paypal (what is it with e-cig-sellers and paypal anyway? why not use the credit card directly like you can on amazon or so?) and I can't remember to have it read anywhere that the email you used was used for paypal. So after making an account, I checked the stuff out and always waited for the "enter your paypal adress here"-thingy, which never came. That's why the e-mail used for the account has no paypal "attached" to it.

Granted, I'm bad at waiting :)
What bugs me is that I wanted it this week, else I would have ordered a day later and added some HD-Catridges (which were not aviable monday). So because of this, I will not get it this week and I will not have the catridges - And I don't even have a reply from them :(

Thank you for an excellent review jimldk.
I received mine yesterday and I love it. The usb and manual switch work great. However, I can not get any smoke while using the auto switch with the battery. I'm so confused that it works fine with usb battery but not with battery alone.
I smoked one cart in about 7 continuous hours. Mostly using the usb battery.

I'll keep playing with it and see how it holds and report back. :)

My Kiss is now 3 weeks old and I have another on order. It is still working well and I love that the batteries charge in one hour. Also, you don't need to suck too hard to get vapour. As with all my models i.e. Sedansa, njoy and E-Cig, I achieve much more vapour by cutting the white cartridge filling in half, pushing one half deep into the cartridge and soaking it with liquid. The reduced density of filling really helps and I keep the other half plastic wrapped in an old cartridge case for use another time. :)

When you do that, does it leak? Seems the filling being so far from the atomizer would cause less vapor. I am not sure I understand.

I tried this, except I didn't push the fibre deep into the cartridge, just pushed it back in and it seems to be working fine. I will try for a couple of days and see how it works out. Thanks Woody.

How does the liquid come into contact with the atomizer if the filler is pushed deep into the cartridge? :?: :?

I think cutting the filling in half works because there is less volume of wadding to heat and the air passes through more easily. I soak the half filling with liquid but not so much that it leaks and push it far enough into the cartridge so that the liquid doesn't get onto the outside of the white plastic part as it does with a whole filling. Obviously additional liquid needs adding more often but it's worth it. Also it helps to rinse the filling with water every couple of days to retain a nice fresh taste

interesting.. folks are saying it works.. but it shouldnt work... the liquid is supposed to leech from the wool into the wire gauze around the atomizer by direct contact.. cutting the wool in half and breaking this direct contact should have a negative effect..

also air isnt drawn thru the wet cartridge wool its drawn up little flutes formed into the outside of the cartridge.. sometime ignorance works wonders.. it might well work but i cant for the life of me see how..
