In terms of ease of use and consistent vape each time, they kind of already do. (I said ducking........)

Heh - well, no need to duck... but... a reo gets you all day one-handed dripping that's both easy and consistent (plus, and I've used both, better flavour). Set up a coil in any of the very easy Reomizer atties and it can last you 2-3 months (some builds, with READYxWICK for example, don't even require rewicking).

I'm no rda snob - I just want a good vape - and I was a devout Kanger (and then Aspire) fan, but then the reo took it all to a different level while keeping it simple. Oh, so simple.

You would be a great candidate to give the BVC coil on a Nautilus a spin to compare. I'm not saying you'll be ready to chuck your reo or you'll be as impressed as many of us, but I'd be surprised if you weren't just a wee bit impressed.

alright, so everyone knows I have a vaping addiction. bvc lasted two days. however, that was about 200ml! now, I know what you are thinking. the last box of kangers really were duds. save for the amount of usage. i mean like acrid smoke either out of the box or after 5ml.

the bvc does not match the best rba/rda but i just like it. to me it is akin to why most used Ferraris have less than 10k miles on them. i personally can happily live with this.to match this with a rebuildable is beyond my grasp. i have done it fine. what takes you younger folks 15 minutes takes me....a long time.

Actually, I've been vaping the wife's Nautilus mini with BVC on and off since Friday (we went camping and I was foolishly without batteries for the reo for a time). I am impressed, and not just a wee bit - hands down the best clearo factory coil I've ever tried (and I've been along for the coil wars).

The performance is comparable to a kayfun for vapor and flavour, something nobody would have suggested with any previous coil, kanger, aspire, or otherwise. She's been getting about a week with the BDC's in her regular sized Nautilus, so anything longer than that would be upside.

I've been using one of my ADV's at 18 Watts on a VaporShark rDNA 30. The vapor is prodigious and the flavour, as I say, is very, very good.

Now, how does it compare to the reo? Close... but second. I've had time to dial in my exact preferred vape with the reo and it's not very different, just a bit more flavour and vapor than the BVC. It's a little bit apples and oranges - I typically run dual micros netting out at .4 ohms on the reo - and I could use some more time experimenting with power running the BVC, but there you have it. I'm not a cloud chaser and prefer mouth to lung hits, not direct lung draws, and that's where the Nautilus/BVC will fall behind - "extreme" vapers will find an RDA more satisfying.

The reo is still more versatile (I run 3 different builds for different juices and vape styles to suit my mood - the experience is quite different for each), the coils last very long for <$.07 each, and it's never let me down the way clearos have (leaking, gurgling). Plus, as I say, the vape is a notch (maybe a notch and a half) better.

The reo will also still be operational 5 years after any vapocalypse (any bits and bobs that will wear out can be bought from the manufacturer cheaply and install in minutes - I have a stockpile).

The BVC, though, is a very good thing. This is the first coil unit that I wouldn't roll my eyes at and say "Oh, it's a factory clearo (sigh)". If you like plug and play above all else, I'd say this is the current high bar.

Thanks! You wrote a very nice an unbiased review. The last sentence is me. I want simple, plug and play, but enough vapor to satisfy and it has to taste good. To that end, the Nautilus with BVC attached to my Provari is the perfect combination for me.

Cheers!

Yeah, that's my wife as well. She's in heaven with the exact same setup you describe. Vaping for her is an activity, not a hobby, and she has no interest in the rebuildable scene or tinkering.

I'm not a tinkerer. I don't get pleasure building things, fixing things or worrying about how or why they work. I just want to "put the key in, start it" and expect it to work every time.

2 days and 200ml of e-juice?? Unless it's a typo, I doubt it's possible.

oh, trust me it is certainly possible. unfortunately I know nothing about moderation. I abuse absolutely everything I come in contact with. of course it is not a good thing it is just the way I am made. I got a 2500 watt stereo in my car and I played it so loud the subs ripped out of the frames! the tech looked at me and said I am an ogre!

But How?? Even if you didn't sleep 10 minutes over two days, you'd have to be vaping something close to 4.2 ml per hour. That's 200 ml divided by 48 hours. I have a 5ml tank on my Nautilus Aspire. It lasts me all day and I vape all day. As in a lot all day, and yet, I still can't go through 5ml in the 17 - 18 hours a day I vape.

maybe I am doing something wrong all this time. the nautilus holds 5ml I think. I can use that in less than 15 minutes! which is why a vtc5 lasts me less than an hour. either I am just nuts or I am actually doing something wrong. if I chain vape for like 12 minutes that is the end of 5ml. at least this is not tobacco. I used to use two cans of skol a day which other users thought was nuts. I just love to indulge I guess. please don't hate on me.

If I vape too much, I get a little light headed (I use 18mg juice). If I vaped 5ml in less than 15 minutes, I'd pass out. I just don't understand how it's possible you do. I'm not doubting you. Honest, but I'd really like to see you take a video of yourself and show us how you can drain a 5ml atty in less than 15 minutes. It would be fascinating to say the least.

you know what the problem is? I am vaping 4mg. that is honestly stupid of me! 24mg is the same price. I bet I would not be vaping that like that! honestly I am just wasting a lot of money with 4mg. I need the nicotine but I am not getting it this way. that is what I must be doing wrong. if you figure I used 2 cans of skol or smoked 4 double corona cigars you can easily see I should not be vaping 4mg. I thought I would cut down the nicotine with vaping but obviously this was not the answer. unfortunately I have already spent a fortune on $23/30ml juices in like the last few years. the first year I vaped all they had was like blu. those were way more nicotine I think and come to think of it they lasted longer. this has just been stupid of me. I bet you could vape 5ml in 15 minutes of 4mg too. that is like one cigarette? I was using the equivalent of two packs of cigs a day from skol and cigars. so I could pretty much do the math here.

other than that I clogged my second aspire coil in 10mg. I used 100% vg duh. quite frankly I am just being an idiot about this financially.
the last pack of kangers was still bad I maintain though. maybe just a bad run. the aspire is still way better however.

perhaps now that you know I was using 4mg you don't doubt it? I would do a vid but I need to get a tripod.

Yes, I guess 4mg would have me vaping a lot more. I use 18mg and it keeps me happy all day and I was a PAD smoker. So, since you now know what might the issue, go get yourself some higher nic juice and ultimately, you just might end up saving some money too.

oh yeah I will use less and save a lot of money. I was trying to just quit. obviously has not worked that way. I imagine 24mg will last 5-6 30mg bottles as opposed to 4mg being 1 bottle. I too will get dizzy from a very strong cigar. I know I couldn't vape 24mg like I do 4mg. I guess even if I never quit I will save a lot.

btw, I put 50/50 on the clogged coil that had 100% vg. it is good still. the bvc is really nice. other than the dud coils the kanger is good too. I am sure they will come out with a new coil as well. the big problem with it is it leaked all over for me. the nautilus does not. plus I did not like the look of the nautilus. solved that with a new tank.

I just ordered the new hollowed stainless tank for my full size Nautilus today. Should be here Friday. You can still see the liquid in the tank, but it should be much more durable in case of a fall.

Since you've been chain vaping, instead of 24mg juice, try 18mg. Cigars. Man, I don't know how you handled those. Much as I did love my smokes, I could never handle a cigar and always inhaled the smoke, which from what I've read, one cigar can give your lungs more tar and nicotine (plus the bazillion other harmful chemicals) than a full pack of cigarettes.

I got that tank too! looks real nice. I was so happy to find it. the regular nautilus tank looks crummy imo.

a double corona cigar that is potent can have over 200mg of nicotine but it takes like 2-1/2 hours to smoke. still, after that you are done lol. I am just glad I quit that at least.
hookah which I also did is even worse. one puff can fill your lungs with a liter of smoke. I don't know why I and many other people were drawn to do these things to themselves.

only problem with the hollow tank is juice gets trapped in the frame. easily washed with dawn though. way less messy than the mega imo. I just lowered the wattage so coils are lasting longer too. until I get some 24mg. I know I won't be vaping that as much. big savings there.

um, I think that is why I chose nic_fix lol. I was a fiend with tobacco usage. I am pretty old though and never had a problem. besides chew is disgusting along with cigars. that and vaping is much more enjoyable. unless they ban flavors. why don't they go ban those cherry blunts? hmm.
