I wasn't deducting postage. I deducted a $5 loss to their order. Something instead of nothing.

This would end it all and we could all walk away feeling good about spreading the loss instead of the few getting skunked.

This is completely hypothetical and just one suggestion. Please chip in with any other suggestions. I just wanted to get the ball rolling. I am probably jumping the gun, but, with no reply from hibi, I am willing to leave her out of the equation.

$68.54 - $31.98 = $36.56 / $5.00 = 7.31 people to chip in $5.00

I would strongly suggest finding a source of charity outside the members of this group to pay for missing items. I'm sure if we opened up a charity to the whole ECF gene pool, the cost per capita would be far less. Mere pennies. I will, however, go with whatever the group decides.

Exactly what I was thinking. Even with a partial refund, a trip to fasttech and you could be made whole. Especially since they have free shipping.
There is a coop in the planning section for the itaste version 3.0 vv/vw, with what fasttech is offering they are only about 4 bucks and change more. Coops now have some major competition.
Also, the live 1300mah spinner coop for around $16. Fasttech has an 1100mah twist or $12.xx and free shipping.
