Hi! I have been vaping for more than 2 years but still don't understand a lot.
I have been using regular e-cigarettes with refillable clearomizers but I would like to try dripping.

I have found a great dripper starter kit - Kanger DripBox.
I watched some reviews on youtube and from what they are saying it is an amazing kit for beginners. I really would like to hear your thoughts on this kit and maybe some suggestions or shops were I could find similar or better ones?

Thanks for your help.

What is your usual setup? I just got one a week ago, its a nice little mod so far, just a bit underpowered for me, I tend to Vape at 60+ watts, so after the battery voltage drops a couple points, the Vape isn't very satisfying IMHO. The sub drip rda seems to lack flavor too, but that was with the included build

I'm vaping Gross 2.3. e-cigarette with a .5ohm coil, with full battery it goes up to about 30W.
I'm just looking for some kind of a kit that will give me more flavor and clouds?
If I understood everything correctly then this Kanger DripBox should do the trick.
P.S. I have never tried drippers.

Maybe you know some online shops where I could find full dripper kits with some extra wires and cotton? (not too expensive)

An unregulated squonker with .2-ohm coils? Who's saying that's great for beginners? Personally I'd go with one of their subtank/toptank kits, if you're dead-set on going Kanger. SubVod, TopBox, etc. They're all pretty similar pieces of kit, they come with a box- or tube-style mod of varying power abilities, and a Subtank or Toptank (toptank is just a subtank with top-refill option) mini or nano in matching colors.

Ok. If I'm not choosing Kanger, what could you offer?
P.S. Youtube reviewers are saying that it is great for beginners, looks like they are lying.

You dont tend to see very many VW mod/rda combos selling. usually they pair a mod with a subohm tank and call it a starter kit. but unless you get into true hybrids, most mods and rbas will work together (how they look is another thing, a 40mm mason on a 22mm tube mod may look funny, but technically itll vape if ya wanted to do it that way, so you got options up the ying yang)
I would go with something like a cuboid, vtc, or Istick. you can get a 50-100w device for under $50. and get an RDA for $10 or cheaper if you look around.

as far as sites I would try 101vape, MyVaporStor, VapeNW, or fasttech if you dont mind waiting up to a month or two. there is a list of good vendors on the home page here.

If you just want to try dripping, but without rebuilding, you can look for "bridgeless 510 atomizer". That's a little disposable unit that you use up until its worn out then you throw away and buy a new one. What kind of e-cig do you have right now? This will work with just about anything that has a 510 connection (which is just about everything these days, except a few proprietary connectors here and there.)

If you want to go the rebuildable route instead, there are tons of options out there. My current favorite is the Velocity Mini clone (sort of -- there is no "authentic" mini version but it is basically just a shorter version of their clone of the full-sized original) by Tobeco. I find the Velocity (or anything with a Velocity-style build deck with the side-mounted grub screws) to be easier to build on than the standard top-screw post style. I got mine from Vape NW in Washington state at a very fair price, but I don't know if they ship internationally or if you'll have to find a local vendor. You might need (or at least benefit from) a new device to go with this, though, depending on what you have already. At 22mm in diameter, it's going to look pretty silly if you stick it on top of a 14mm eGo-style vape pen. Plus, you're probably going to want more power output than a pen-style vape can dish out. Fortunately, there are also plenty of regulated 40-, 60-, even 100-watt devices out there these days that can be had for around $50 USD, which should provide more than enough "punch" to run the Velocity with basic or intermediate-level coils in it. The device is really just a power source, and they all do basically the same thing: set the wattage, push the button and vape. So really, just pick something with enough power to suit your needs, and that you like the look of. If I were in the market for a new mod today, I might consider the Wismec Reuleaux RX200, but I would never take it up anywhere near its full power setting. If you get the Reuleaux, you'll also need six high-drain IMR 18650 batteries (two "married" sets of three, so you can use one set while the other is recharging) and an external four-bay (unless you can find a three-bay, but I've never seen one) battery charger, since the on-board charger does not handle "balanced" charging of the three batteries very well.

Also, the Velocity is really designed for dual coils, there is no real good way to do a single coil in it with how the airflow is set up. So maybe as a first dripper it's not such a good choice (dual coils are harder because you really need to make sure they are identical to each other. Single coils are more forgiving because they just have to work well enough to get the job done, they don't have to match anything else exactly.) A lot of people seem to be really fond of the Tsunami right now, it's got a Velocity-style build deck with Kennedy-style airflow that can be set for either single- or dual-coil (Kennedy is another rebuildable dripper that people really like, but it has the old top-mounted post screws instead of the side-mounted Velocity-style posts.)

I was looking at my Mutation X V2, its got four post holes (that way if you do dual coil, two leads dont have to share the same hole!), single coil airflow option, and plenty of room to build on. the one thing I dislike is the triangle-screws, they are good quality screws and hard to strip, but its just as hard to find a triangle bit screwdriver, unless you find the right 'security bit set.' the MX v3 is the same but has phillips head screws, so I would check that out.

its not a velocity styl deck (which btw also has holes for each individual lead) but I dont have any issues building on top-screw variety RBAs, and it wouldve been alot easier to learn to build on something like this... I learned to build on a steam turbine RTA, I had no clue about the different style decks that are out there (I dont think there were as many options three years ago.)

Ill post some pics so you can see some of the different types of build decks

Velocity Build Deck (this is for an RBTA but the post style is the same)

This is the most common post set up ive seen in the past, but latley there have been more varietys

this is the type of deck that my MX V2 has, just with triangle screws instead of allen heads. the mx v3 is the same but like I said, Phillips head screws... Im actually planning on buying a MXV3 within the next month or so if I can afford it.
