So I have one of the new sub tank minis with the two holes on the sides of the rba. I have been having trouble getting the cotton perfect in it. I saw someone building it with the cotton running through the two holes and I tried that but got dry hits. I had better luck when I just stuffed it down.

Anyone have some good advice for this rba? Should the cotton cover these holes? I tried a build where they didn't and I got a lot of spit up. What's the sweet spot build

Did you have to crank your rba deck down on the base to get it read ohms? Mine seems really tight

Anywayz your question, I've been putting the cotton down the sides but I've been jabbing the cotton with a pin through the holes on the rba deck to help it wick better.

Should the cotton cover these holes?

Yes,if its the rba plus deck (a round hole cut either side cut into the chimny part).

Yea i have the RBA plus deck. Im going to try doing what you suggested. I dont have to crank mine down by any means. Check your pin? Is there debris in there that could be causing a short?

I'll have to have a poke round in the base later. It works. Coils sit snug. I just have to crank the rba deck in :-x

Yeah, pin trick works good even with the rba. Gives more area for the juice to flow in :thumb:

Wait do you mean the cap for the chimney? Or do you have one of the older chimneys that screws into the deck? I have the model with the single screw that holds the chimney on
