Kanger T3 rubber grommet replacement

Anyone know where to get replacement rubber grommets for the T3? Since they're such a PITA to rebuild I can foresee destroying a few of these fairly quickly. I know I can just buy a replacement head for ~$3 but if I can just get the grommet for ~.50 that would be even better

Are you talking about these?

EDIT: You could also reuse the rubber on some old attys/cartos if you have some lying around. Just pry it out using a flathead screwdriver.
