I too am having trouble with my rba Penelope. I only currently have 32 A Kanthal and some Non-resistance wire that is required to make the Penelope work.
How can I test the Kanthal Ohms with a multimeter? Do I test (with a multimeter) only the coil, and not the extra part of the kanthal I used to wrap the no resistance wire? Or should I test the whole part of the kanthal wire including part that has least resistance?...That part being where I wrapped the non-resistance wire on both ends.
Having A VV mod really does help me out so I can figure out what works for a newly made coil without my multimeter. But I seem to have trouble making LR coils. I always end up at 4.0V or higher.
I would really like to make LR coils because with that I could get good vapor and TH without using a lot of battery power.
