It's just a 3 amp limit so .5 may be a bit light. Even at 1.0, the LT would only allow you 2.9v/8.4w. If you're using .5's regularly, I probably recommend saving the sawbuck.

Speaking of Tubes.. I haven't used a tube in I don't know how long. I just got word my 2 Ego One kits should be at the house Thursday. I like to collect the old version #1 EO mega tanks because I use the bases on the version 2's. So, since the kits were actually cheaper than the stand alone tanks, I grabbed 2 from 3FVape. I may even use the tubes for a change. Especially to jerk my brother in law around. He calls them flutes.
