juice control has nothing to do with removing the deck. The deck itself is what is used to close it. The reason you can remove the deck is because the chimney is no longer connected to the deck. Make sure you keep it upside down with the deck off or you'll dump the tank through the chimneys holes, without the deck there is no juice control.

I picked up a v4 last night and hate it. It will not fire on my KSD DNA30 box mod, says "check atomizer", but ohm reader says 1.6Ω.Too many parts and, as someone has already stated, it's a b|tch to pull apart. I'll take another KFL+ over this POS any day.
