Hi there kayfun users!
Im new to the kayfun and would be grateful for some tips:) I actually have the tobecco clone not the real deal, but it's my first rba of this style.

So, I've built it a few times now and it's working great, but I'm not really getting any flavor significantly better than.... Say a protank...
Is there a particular way to build that achieves this famous kayfun flavor I've always read about? Or is the difference in flavor not as vast as it's tooted to be?

so far I've used cotton, silica and ekowool all with 28g kanthal winding up around 1.3 ohms. I've kinda curved the wick down as shown in the users manual, as well as a figure 8 style. (I've also seen some other intriguing builds with chimney coils and with ceramic wicks but haven't tried those out.. Any input on those?)

So, what are the main aspects to consider when building to achieve this amazing flavor? Hight of coil? Amount of wick?
Im just not sure how to approach the kayfun since the only rba I've ever truly mastered is an rm2.

thanks:)

Are you getting really weak vapor? Sometimes the height of the coil drastically effects the vapor production and flavor. I feel like a warmer vape produces more flavor so I usually do around a .7 build for mech mods. The vertical coil is a good build for the kayfun and helps with airflow too I think. I have a dual horizontal nano coil parallel with the juice reservoirs currently with cotton wrapped around the coils. It was a pain in the ... but the best build I've ever experienced with my kayfun and some of the most intense flavor I've ever experienced.
