Simple,lightly have juice channels covered by wicks,only fill 3/4 with juice and keep coil rasied above the airhole as far as possible,keep ohms between 1.0 and 1.5 ,i use 28 ga.Works like a charm.

I think the real key is a tiny bit of wick in the juice channels. My 3.1 had kinda wimpy channels so I machined them a little bigger and I pull a few fibers of cotton down them. I think it helps it wick and keeps the juice from flowing too much. I don't even raise the coil off the deck much.

I think the reason why some people are having problems is because the channels are different sizes on all the different clones and orginals out there.I guess we have to find the best build that works for each individual tank,this tank aint perfect but it seem its the best we have so far.It ironic,Russia is lookn like the bad bunch right now by ''invading'' Ukraine,but they have the best tank system.
