Cloud9 price is for British sterling not U.S. dollars. Roughly $76 U.S. dollars.

That's about right. I had inquired about the kayfil tool and they said the conversion from Pounds to US $$ would just take place via my credit card. That, plus most US credit cards add a bit for international conversion, plus of course shipping is a tad higher than from the US. I don't think any money was saved in this transaction.

I doubt VapinArt will be pleased with me for suggesting this, but since Vaperev sells them for $70, I asked VapinArt to match the price and they did. I'd rather buy from an authorized US dealer who will take care of me if I have an issue. I suspect with customs and shipping, you likely didn't save very much money ErnieKim........

Customs charges?

I have no issue with paying the 80 to vapinart as long as its the real deal, which would be suggested based on their distributor status. I am just confused now since there seemed to be disagreement about vapinart selling genuine kayfuns?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks for trying to help all. I did a tone of looking myself and so many places seem to be out of stock / just selling clones

Custom changes to Chicago from Florida? I don't think so.

I'm referring to purchases from Cloud9 in the UK.

VapinArt is indeed an authorized SvoeMesto dealer for the Kayfun Like + V2. I bought mine from them just a couple weeks ago and it truly is the real deal. SvoeMesto wouldn't have listed them on their dealer network if they weren't authorized. Vaperev is another trusted US Authorized dealer, but they seem to be currently out of KFL+ V2 at the moment.

I have purchased other items from VapinArt and trust me that they are legitimate and you can trust them (and me for that matter).

Mad,
My concern too, that's why I was communicating directly with Svoemesto. My cost was 56.39. Not sure what shipping was, have to check with my secretary. There was mention of some special pricing thing going on; someone else was selling for 56.00 but Svoemesto may have influenced it too, sorry, I just don't know for sure. All I know is that deals come and go really fast on Kayfuns.
Bottom line is I want to know I'm getting an authentic; it's a German thing I guess as I'm from there.
Good Luck, it's worth the trouble.

Are you absolutely certain the $56.39 is US not EU? And if you have any issue with your KFL+ who do you sent it back to? Europe? It wouldn't be worth the hassle to me. I can buy confidently from a US company, get an authentic KFL+ and have a local company take care of me if I have an issue.

My 3 remaining authentics, and how I drive them daily..

The pipe is absolutely gorgeous...
I have an original, an original base and chimney, and a series of aftermarket tubes that is endless. I could easily make 2 full KF lite +, on top of the Squape reloaded that I have. So no need and no rush to buy a 4...

Rbrylawski,
I agree, Vaperev are good folks.
Kim

They are good folks. But they were sold out of the KFL+, so the good folks at VapinArt were perfectly happy to match the price Vaperev would have charged. And I got it in two days, in the unopened, authentic SvoeMesto box with the laser sticker in place.

Ok...just FYI though, a little condensation won't hurt your mod in any way, swab the threads and top pin with a Qtip once a day and all good. Without the cones your connection will be much more solid as well, if you drop one it's likely to do more damage with...and look much cooler, IMHO.
I'd add... Put the iStick upside down and blow a little through the battery connection. Don't do it very often as breath can also contain water. Or put them upside down overnight on a piece of paper...
My KF lite+ originals do perspire ejuice. Maybe it's through the air hole, maybe a little through the fill hole (don't use that, use the Kayfill or top filling method), but when carrying them filled I have to wrap in a piece of paper towel, and it's sticky from ejuice a while after. Maybe the tubes aren't correctly screwed, who knows...

VapinArt is legit, I've bought from them a Veritas, an SX Mini extension tube, Chris Mun Bell Caps for the Origen Dripper V3 and Origen Genesis V2, Gold Plated Springs for the KF4, Extended Glass Sleeve and Chimney extension for Long Mode KF4… all authentic, all good, great people and service.

Rbr,
I prefer working with the manufacturer. In the past I had an issue, sent them a picture and they sent replacement parts, not an issue at all.
I've gotten the same level of service from Kanger, Kanger/China that is.
For legitimate issues, I've always gotten good results dealing directly with the manufacturer.
Also, it seems that "authorized dealers" are changing a lot lately so I've been getting updates before I buy; authentics that is.
Take Care,
Kim

They came to the Tampa Vape Expo a month or so ago. Really nice people and now with two buys from them, I feel total confidence in buying from them again.
