Kayfun Quartz Full and Nano Kits

After looking at your pics, my glass definitely doesn't look anywhere as nice as your's does. I'll try to take some pics tonight, but your's is pretty pro looking, with nice smooth edges. Still no leaking with mine though, so it's a minor complaint overall.
I'd love glass to replace the plastic/SS but I just can't imagine getting one, because all that holds it together is the orings. I don't want that floating around in my pocket. I'm way to nervous that its just going to pop open, and soak my leg with fluid.
It's no different than carto tanks. I've walked around with mine in my pocket quite a bit, no problems.
I finally put on my Rainbow Heaven nano quartz kit last night, and it's worked great so far. No leaking or seepage of any kind. It looks SLICK, though the capacity is small, even for a nano kit. The capacity actually works in my favor for today, though, as I put in a new juice to try it last night, and though it isn't barf inducing by any means, it's not really my gig. I'm already jonesing to get a different flavor in there.
I got my Rainbow Heaven quartz kits from Vapor Solutions. The nano kit is $30 (includes nano chimney), and the full size kit is $25.

I eventually resigned to taking mine off. It didn't leak and seemed to function well, but it had a MAJOR flaw.
I couldn't use the fill port on my EHPro KFL+ v2. The metal rings and glass are much thicker than standard Kayfun kit, and I couldn't fill her up after that first time. I wasted about 4 mils of juice before giving up on it.
This seems a noble experiment, and a good attempt at filling a void, but one doomed to lead to various other problems that didn't before exist.

I have to use a 20g needle to fill, and even then it's a bit tricky. This is for both the Rainbow Heaven kit, and the Tarsius kit I have.

I ended up breaking the glass trying to put it together for the first time, even tho I was very careful. Ordered some glass from Ibtanked, and it's been working flawlessly.
22od 19id 1.5mm thickness and 24mm lenght
I will post a couple pics of them side by side with the original from tarsius in a few.

Not sure if newer batches have solved the issue, but the edges from the Tarsius kit and the edges from the IBTanked glass are quite different. Jvapes sent me a replacement when I contacted them about it, but I haven't tried to use it. Both arrived together and I switched to the IBTanked once I saw them side by side.
I paid U$33 for 3 pieces from IBT, they come in cool plastic cases that I find great to keep the glass safe while cleaning/refills. Here are some pics:

I just got a Nano Quartz kit. Like a few others here, Im noticing the o-rings arent very secure. They dont seem very tight at all. Very easy to pull off. Does anyone know what size o-rings these are? Maybe theres some better o-rings that can be used?
I have the rainbow ones and when I fill from fill hole juice leaks out of the drip tip. Disappointed with this. I have the nano kit also which I haven't used yet, I might sell it off.
