so my kayfun is stuck on my panzer it starts to spin and clicks like one of the screws came lose. I dont know how but it happened. my question is how to get this off i tried the vice,, freezing, gloves, everything. even tried getting something under it to pry it up and turn it but couldnt get anything to fit past the lip. so my question is how to get this off im all ears

have you tried disassembling the kayfun as far as you can to see if you can find the culprit? perhaps try taking the top of the panzer as well so you can see what's going on as well.
i broke it down as far as if you would clean it. i dont think i can break it down any more and the top cap is off
Is it a KFL+ with AFC? If so, then I bet the AFC grub screw backed out and is catching on the deck of the Panzer. Maybe try turning the whole thing upside down and jiggling it while you turn the KFL back and forth? Maybe gravity will take over and help the AFC screw to come un-stuck?

Which kayfun? If it's a lite with a bottom fill screw I have heard of the screw backing out and getting hung up on the airflow channels.

It is probably the air control screw, which are notorious for backing out as the mod is jiggled. The only fix I have found is to use enough force to scrape the screw head across the head of the mod. Mine would come loose after less than 1/4 of a turn leaving a small scratch in the top of the mod. The scratch is just a cosmetic issue and hasn't caused any other problems. I have learned to either remove the air screw entirely or make sure it is recessed enough to not be a problem whenever I fill the tank.
If the screw backs out and protrudes into a deep air channel in the mod it may take lots of twisting the kayfun both ways to eventually work it loose. Good luck and be patient.

+1 to the above mentioned suggestions, and likely culprit. I never adjust my attys completely flush for this reason.
graybeard thats pretty much spot on it goes 1/4 then stops like somethings in the way ill try twisting top down so gravity takes over ill keep you guys posted see what happens
Try turning it back to the center of the range of motion (so the screw is not rubbing a side) put it in a shot glass or similar upside down, and then set it on a running appliance (dryer, dishwasher) it will run back in.
