I've been wanting to start this thread since I received my k4 but have much free time to build. I have a few builds I would like to share. I use a little screwdriver set for my id which I've used fire years so ill just go by pics for the id, sorry.:(

First is a simple single 26g 10wraps at around 1.3ohms, Japanese cotton, wonderful vape. The id is the largest flat head if that helps lol

Next we have a dual 28g 10 wraps each, around 1 ohm, second largest flat head, this has been my favorite setup so far, it eats juice fast, but because if the two wicks it is a great warm vape.

And last, for now, I have a lovely vertical coil 26g 10 wraps the same id as the airflow on the Deck. It wicks very well and vapes great but it's completely different. It's not my style. There is no TH and it's just less dense.

Ill have more up very soon, I just don't have Much free time. Please share all the cool builds you are doing!

Almost every build I've thrown on this thing is working great. I'm gonna post a couple more builds in a few hours. No one seemed very interested so I forgot about this thread lol
It's in my nature to experiment but I keep running into the problem of trying a new build and liking it so much that I don't want to rebuild it.
After using the k4 everyday since I received it I can confidently say that it's amazing. I've built it at .6 all the way to 2.6 and it works beautifully every time.

Twisted 32g, 7 wraps, @ 1ohm. Very nice vape, I rewick about once a day normally but with this I had to rewick a little more often. I also probably vape a little more than the average vaper.

I have a few more builds to try today, I like to test each build for atleast a few hours. I also have a vapor flask v2.1 coming tues so I'm gonna have a lot of experimenting to do. :)

I wanted to try something different with this one.

Dual 28g 12 wraps @1.14 ohms, I just staggered the coils, which in theory seems like it might not wick properly, also because of the two different distances from the air hole would effect the TH but it is actually wicking fine, the vape is different than a normal dual 28g but it's hard to describe. Its just something you have to try. Overall it is a very enjoyable vape. :)

I tired that dual inline build and I have to say it's pretty genius. I've wanted to try a lower ohm builds since I received my k4 but 24g just destroys the flavor and at least for me surface area along the wick is super important. So anything under 8 wraps isn't enough area for that much heat. So using dual coils next to each other like in the inline is perfect. It's my favorite build so far.

Waiting on my Tobeco Kayfun v4 to arrive Friday, can't wait! What's the lowest resistance build you can do on the Tobeco? Not sure if it comes with the new post for sub-ohm like the authentic does.

New to building but so far been enjoying the challenge practicing on my Subtank deck, just built a .9 single coil, nice and tight coil and it's vaping wonderfully. Great flavor and decent vapor but no cloud chasing yet. Can't seem to build anything that fogs up a room yet ;)

They don't recommend >1Ω unless you have the 4S kit.

I have a 1.5Ω micro coil (28g, 10 wraps, 2.8 ID) and it produces great flavor and a lot of vapor. I have a .17Ω ni200 build for a rDNA40 and that also has great flavor and lots of vapor.

I find this build deck to be irritating to build on because of the 4 screws. I know I can remove two of them but then I'd lose them. I've been trying to do a parallel coil build but I can't get both coils to sit properly.

My favorite so far is a simple 26g, 8 wrap coil around a 2mm screwdriver. Gives me about a 1 ohm coil. I'm going to try a twisted 28g coil the same way soon.

I just followed the vid, made my own incline coils :)
28g, 2.5id, 7 wraps- 0.8 ohms!
Could get away with one extra wrap on each coil before space runs out.
Will post some pics up in a bit.
It's a bit harsh so moved the coils bit lower and still so hard.
Is it because it's 0.8ohm?
I've built them as low as .6, are you using a clone? Also, if it is an authentic do you have the peek insulator with the insulator? I wouldn't recommend going lower than 1ohm without the 4s kit, it still shouldn't be too harsh unless you're airflow is restricted.

Using an authentic. Got the 4s peek insulator. Just not the new air flow kit though it comes with. It's on a provari so can't go any lower. I'm going to build it again later but higher ohms. Going to try add two more if not one wrap extra on each coil.

Hmmm... .8 really shouldn't be harsh. The juice you use also comes into play, to high nicotine lvl or too high of a pg percentage. I used drippers with around .2 builds for close to 2 years and when I started using tanks I had the problem of wicking too tight. Which could make it a little harsh but mainly just a bad flavor.
