Kayfun v4 less flavor ( user error)

I have a problem. My kayfun started making less flavor compare to my kayfun 3.1. I have the same build with the same setup. 2mm coil 1.5 ohm, using cotton. I played with air control screw but I'm getting much better flavor from 3.1 using the same battery. As you can in the picture on the left side is v3.1 and on the right side is v4. What do you think could be wrong?

Maybe wick density? Coil height above the air hole?
It is a different atty, I wouldn't be surprised if it wants a different build.

I'd lower the coils closer to the deck and try more volts/watts.
