Ken's Box Mods....The Little Sister Variable Volt Vari Cool

I just received my Little Sister Mod from Ken at Ken's Box Mods. I'm gonna do an hourly review on the performance of this little monster. I started vaping it a 5:15. I set it to 5.1 volts and tested the load with a 3.0 Boge Carto....It came up at 4.8.....Perfect. I'm gonna test it hourly until the batteries die.
I'm using two 10440 350mah HD batteries that Ken sells.
Looking at the inside it's hard to believe he's able to cram all this electronics in such a small space. And the workmanship is incredible. No messy epoxy....It's a very impressive little mod. I'm not crazy about the plastic box but what the hell.....It hit's awesome. I'll be back in a hour with an update and then I'll post some pics.

Couldn't wait an hour....I had to know if the voltage was dropping. Still going strong at 5.1 volts unloaded and 4.8 under load and no signs of wearing down yet. She's still hitting hard. I'd say I'm a moderate to heavy vaper if anyone wanted to know.

Pulled the cover off to feel the electronics and the battery's with my finger and nothing feels hot at all. I think this ones gonna be a winner. But let's see how long the batteries last.

Volt meter is reading 4.9 unloaded and still reads 4.9 under load. I wonder what's going on. It's still hitting great. I guess we'll just check it again in a little while.

Volt meter reads 4.9 unloaded and 4.9 under load. Still goin strong....I like this mod. This is gonna come in real handy at work. If this was encased in an aluminum box.....damn it would be perfect. Ii'd pay a lot for that. I'm gonna check the volt meter on my Buzz to make sure it's working properly.
It's working on my Buzz so the reading must be correct.

I layed off it for a half hour....Just checked it again and nothings changed.

OK, I've been at it for a while. The bottom line is this is a real nice mod with real descent battery life. It's still cookin with gas and I can't vape anymore....I gotta take a break. So right now I think this was a great purchase. I've also ordered the Big Brother VV Vari Cool which uses 2 14500 batteries. I'm sure that that's gonna be great too. So, I'm giving up for now and I'll come back with a follow up soon. Again....the only thing I'd like to see is the same mod with better quality case....Not that this one is bad....I just think this could be of a much higher caliber if it was built out of aluminum.

Well, I got a little update. It's 2 days in with this mod and I'm still impressed. The battery life is good. I've been using it moderately for 2 days at work and I've only changed the batteries once during the day. They din't even need to be changed....but I didn't wanna wait till they died. 6 am till 5:30 pm on 2 sets of batteries vaping moderately to heavy at times. This mod is definitely a winner in my book. I'll check back next week but I can't see any changes.
Ken....make a Little Sister Aluminum Mod....It'll be a hit for sure.

Had my eye on the little sister for a while. Now with VV I think I'm buying one!
