Kick problem

I have two kicks. One is working perfectly, but the other doesn't. I haven't tested voltage output, but I can tell it's not regulating the power, or if it is it's regulating it down to 5 watts. I can take a drag, but it's not at the 8 watts I set it at. The vapor production is low and the throat hit is nonexistent. I was looking at their site and they talk about a warranty, but I don't see any info about sead warranty.

Put it up to your ear and listen. Is it stutter firering? If it is, your batt is too low. If not, I can't help.

I already got a reply about with all the RMA info. Took all of 60 minutes. Not bad if you ask me.
