It should also be noted that the majority of legitimate streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) have been killing VPN access left and right. Doesn't matter if you've been a paying customer for eons, if you try to connect with a VPN and they detect it, they'll prevent you from watching any content.

Ticks me off, too. Shouldn't matter if I'm using a VPN or not. If I'm a paying customer, and the VPN is also using a US IP address, it shouldn't matter what part of the country I'm coming from. And until they change their policies, I won't be subscribing to any of their services. Nor do I recommend them.

How do they know when you are connecting through a VPN?

Think im going with nord or ip vanish. In on the fence

I tried most of them, ipvanish and pia gave me the best overall ping times and speed, I've gone with pia bc they had an awesome deal for 2 years. It even works with my Netflix and Hulu with certain IP's, sometimes I get blocked but then ofc. you can just keep switching until you find an IP that works. Or I just not use the vpn if not trying to access geo-locked content, not really necessary otherwise.

Personally I don't find it that big a deal that they do that, I think they're even legally obliged to regulate geo-locked content.

Just a heads up...... ( I am a nobody, so this is unofficial)

On this forum we only talk about legal Kodi addons, other legal streaming services, VPNs, and similar issues. Anything related to copyright violation is not allowed to be spoken of.

I just got my hands slapped in another forum for stepping over the line, and yeah, the Mod was right, I knew better.

Anyway, a word to the wise (which obviously I am not).

@mikepetro Hey Mike I hear you are doing some studies on different things. Didn't really catch what but do you know which of the additives has the carcinogens in them PG or VG or both. Just curious about that. I went the high VG route for a while then I started adding more PG, well I started getting sore throats as the day went on. Now I'm heading back the other way again. I actually like the higher VG, it makes the flavors not so strong and it seems to make them smoother. The flavors I have been using come from Russia and I know some have diacetyl in them. They are so strong that usually 1 to a max of 2% is plenty some not even 1. Not sure if it is the flavors or my screwed up esophagus that is giving me the problems.
It's too bad this thread got so messed up with not speaking of things related to Kodi but have to go along with the mods. This isn't for Vaping but here it is. Will I get my hand slapped for that also?

The best reference so far, and while it is peer reviewed it has not been directly corroborated by anyone else yet, is the Wang Study.

It is all temperature related though, so it depends on how you vape and what gear you use. If you vape at 420ish degrees you dont have anything to worry about. But as you get up around 450 then VG starts giving off a lot more formaldehyde than PG does. In fact, pure VG goes off the charts and compares with smoking when you get up over 450f.

But a 50/50 mix of pg/vg is not bad:

This is pure PG, much lower levels even at higher temps:

i guess I can unsub from this thread now that the other thread I unsub'd from has moved here
Take a chill pill dude. No harm done
No, but if you keep whining about the inability to talk about illegal things, you will. Knock it off.
I have learned my lesson, though slowly I don't speak of anything illegal. Just a question for Mike since this was the only thread I knew that he came to. And besides that it is the first post in nearly a week. It's not like this thread is overrun with posts anymore. And even though not on topic what is the name of this Forum? And since I got my answer I will delete it (deleted).

Installing KODI on chromecast is an easy way to stream online and watch all your favorite movies and TV shows. There are a couple of ways of doing this. These simple tricks are mentioned in this article. These tricks work well with Android, iOS, PC as well as Mac.
Just kicked Comcast to the curb. Got fiber now, cable companies can stick their cable up their nose.
