The ceramic cup takes some force to get out. Try twisting it and wiggling it gently while you pull.
I've had my Killer 705 since friday. Was getting dry hits all the time with the stock wick and coil. Rebuilt it yesterday with two strands of 2mm silica and had better results, but still kept getting an occasional dry hit.
Today, I tried out something similar to what Bishopheals does in his video, only with more wraps to get a 1.2-1.3 ohm dual coil using 32g kanthal and 30g .999 silver wire with unbraided silica. It was a huge pain to stuff as much silica as I could into the gap underneath the ceramic cup, but it was worth all the effort. With this dual coil setup on an unregulated mod in there a I'm finally satisfied with how the Killer vapes.
I almost want to try putting some braided ceramic wick in it (unbraided though), but I don't look forward to trying to rebuild this thing again.
Next time try 30g or 28G wire and you wont need all that silica and fiddling around with dual coils in such a tiny cup
