Professional Customer Service Rep / Lab Tech I
Killer juice, a Michigan based e-liquid company, is looking for 3 part-time professional customer service reps and 1 full-time lab tech (level 1). As the first person our clients see, you will set the tone for our office. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with making our clients feel welcome, you'll also be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and doing basic administrative tasks. We'd like all applicants to have solid prior experience in a similar setting, and knowledge of personal vaporizers. The hours may vary from 9:00am - 8:00pm M-F, and we offer competitive salary and benefits.
