I've read that some e-cig vendors have kiosks in various malls. Does anyone know where I can find one in Phoenix, Az?

I received my 901 Wednesday and while I enjoy the experience very much and my analog use has dwindled to about 10% of normal, the juice that I ordered along with it is pretty awful. I have other flavors on order but was hoping to find something local to get me through the weekend.

Any help would be appreciated!

And before I forget, I want to thank everyone here for all that you've taught me the past week or so. I've spent hours reading the boards and now feel like I can speak intelligently on the topic when people ask me what I'm doing with that "thing" in my mouth. :)

It's less expensive to buy online, but NJOY at least is somewhat reasonably priced (but more expensive). Each kit is 69 and comes with two batteries, an atomizer and a pack of five cartridges. I haven't seen an SE kiosk, but I heard those starter packs are $150.

I also read that travel centers of america and costco both carry them.

Thanks Lu. I actually drove out to one of those yesterday and they had the Njoys in stock. I'm sure I'll end up buying one of those eventually just because I know I can find the carts. But after already spending over $200 on the 901 + accessories + starter kits + juice + flavorings from Lorann's.... it's starting to add up. If I can find a place to buy a $20 bottle of juice for now I'd be happy.

Laynies I am sorry , but I had a giggle on your behalf, when you mentioned that you have spent over $200,00 and it is starting to add up,

Allow me to be the one to advise you that it is only a small start

Howabout a trip to the drugstore for a small bottle of P gycol and some lorann's from the craft store? Just enough for the weekend.
Mary

I'm starting to think that might be the answer. I checked out Michael's last night and picked up some glycerine and clear vanilla extract but they didn't have any of the Lorann's flavors. Found another hobby store about 15 mi. away that I may drive out to tonight.

It's the nicotine part that was bothering me. I have the 4mg Marl which is not awful, not great and may work out as a base but the nic content is a little low. On the other hand I have the Red Bull 12mg with a nice nic content but the taste is... well, needs help? What do you mix with Red Bull to make it taste better?

Go ahead and giggle :p you should see me sitting here checking out all the different sites.. the devices and juices alone are enough to bankrupt me! I want to get another model type, although I'm very happy with the 901 so far, but can't decide yet what I want.

Propylene Glycol, that is what I was trying to say, look I am no brain trust, but I do know you have to be careful with the flavorings! NO OIL and go light on vanilla!! You said you bought glycerine, we need some experts here. From what I read, that will produce a lot of vapor but will it work as the only carrier? Your best bet is too add some flavor to what you have.

Laynies, Johnson Creek Smoke Juice ships very fast. They have their own site and you can buy on Amazon. Shipping is cheaper on their own site, though.

I agree with Cosican. It's easy to justify spending too much to get vaping supplies, because part of you (at least part of me) keeps saying, "you'll break even one day. You'll break even one day".

Listen to the "cos" laynies. He's leading the pack. Pretty soon he'll be building an addition on the house just for the e-cig stash.

Costco only sells on their web site, so it's cheaper to buy right from NJOY. They're sold at a half dozen different travel stops for about $79.99. A bit more expensive, but if you want it bad, you can pay the extra and have it right in your hand.

THis is a point of confusion for me. I understand the similarities and differences between PG and VG, but I have seen glycerine and PG/VG usd almost interchangeably in some instances and in others a real distinction is made and yet again both products used in DIY liquids. Could some kind soul explain the different uses for PG/VG and glycerine or at least provide a link to the definitive explanation.

Actually, I bought an NPRO at T & A and it was cheaper than buying online. Cartridges were the same price.

I actually like my NPRO. It's a hard draw compared to the 901, but the throat hit is better as is the buzz. From reading some of the horror stories about the short life of atomizers, I'm kinda glad I have a warranty with the NPRO.

You'd be better off ordering from some of the fine vendors here than tracking down one at a Kiosk which would probably be of lesser quality anyway.

LOL...I've resigned myself to sticking with the 901 and its parts. That alone will be costly enough, but not switching to new models should help.

I found a great bottle of cappucino juice so that's one flavor I can settle on. I also bought a peach juice but I won't be buying that again. Not so great. Are any of the cola juices any good?

I picked up glycerine (food grade) because I wanted to try some of the recipes that Walrus posted in the DIY section. As far as I know he uses glycerine only and it seems to work.

I may try the PG or VG but since I'm waiting for all these other orders to come in and it was just sitting there on the shelf...

Glycerine and VG are often used interchangeably because they are both glycerine, only VG is vegetable glycerine....which some people seek exclusively.

PG is propylene glycol and is what is used in the ejuice you buy. Some people also use that when they mix....but it is generally thinner than VG.

An example...if someone is cutting 50%, they may find 50% VG too thick for their liking, so they may use 25% VG and 25% PG.

As for myself, I prefer a thicker mix and I don't cut much anyway so I often add a few drops of glycerine (VG) to a few drops of flavoring then throw it in my ejuice. Makes it a little thicker, gives it a little more flavor, and doesn't cut it much.

Depends on what you are looking for.
