Way down (from where I live) in Kokomo, IN the good folks who work at the courthouse don’t take kindly to illegally smoking. To their credit, they know what vaping is and that vaping ain’t smoking! lol

There are several employees at the courthouse who currently are trying to quit smoking. The electronic cigarette has become a popular method of doing so, thanks to the efforts of county Information Technology director Terry Tribby. Those employees, too, take offense at Raquet’s courthouse smoking.
