How long have you had them, firefly13? There has been alot of changes and at the very least you are a generation behind what I am using.

I feel from a user stand point, after using both of the above-mentioned standard 808 cartos that these (in the final generation) are close enough to be called "ready." I have not had one go out, not one fail in anyway. 10 days and counting. Now, these take some maintenance... . dry burning and such but of the 5 open (all with different flavors) all are going strong. I gave a single one to my bro-in-law and he has vaped on it all ten days, 3 mls a day. He dry burns about every two days. That means 1.23 / 10 = 12 cents a day (and getting cheaper). I can't see a day when a standard carto would cost that, sorry.

I've had all 3 revisions so far and 4th revision on the way to me, it's not how they last that isn't ready about them, they just can't take a beating at all with consistent vaping or anything over 3.7v, and even on regular batteries they taste burnt sometimes it drives me crazy, i have 2 different version of each too, the 3 ohm version and lower. They just don't work well enough yet and filling them is a pain in the ...., i prefer poppin off the cap and refilling in 30 seconds like regular cartos, not messing with syringes and stuff for mediocre performance, i can see how light vapers think they're alright as they are, but if they don't pass my own tests then i won't sell them to anybody, that's also the same conclusion the big vendors have too, they're waiting on improvements also. They work best with Dekang juice which is mostly what i'm using, anything thicker than about 20% VG they really don't like with me.

you must of got a bad batch, performance wise nothing tops the e2. yes i agree when it comes to consistancy they need more of it but as a product itself, it works better then any other atty or carto.

Alot of you are using a lower ohm e2 at a higher volts and thats not gonna fly.

2.5 ohm e2 to 2.9 ohm e2 shouldnt be used at 4.7volts without adding ptb, you will get a bad taste.

First, let me say, I don't think any one product is going to make everyone happy. I'm really looking forward to any "improvement" to these as I think they're pretty darn good now and if they get better, they'll really be awesome. But I am using mine (I have only the XLs) on automatic kr808s/510s and the eGo. I'm not experiencing any burnt taste (until it's time to refill...that's how I know it's time). Yeah, having to use the syringe is a bit of a pain but I don't mind given how long I can use one...it's a tradeoff that's fine for me. The flavor and the vapor on the automatics just blows me away...I can't believe it...had this combo been around when I first started, I could have skipped spending all that money on various mods.

The topic is so deluted and hard to get at. There are so many variables , from batteries--their voltages--to carto revisions and their ohm rating. Worst of all there is the user; some demanding functionality from divices designed for use at 3.7 (3 ohm) at true 4.7 volts. As in anything the bottom lies in where the biggest margin falls. A needle? I have not carried a needle with me, nor used one in three days... . but I might sit down and take it out of the drawer and refill later. I don't carry juice with me anymore. nothing but a battery and a couple of cartos. These things are difficult to use, man my pockets have never been so empty... . lol.

I just jump at the notion of going back to waiting to make sure a carto it trully wet (Spinning over my own head at that notion). boiling and blowing, fun fun fun. I miss the little things, like the one I used to carry to pop the tops off, drip tips and all that.

P.s. 50/50 vg/pg ry5 freedomsmokeusa for ten days. FINE.

The E2's NOW are GREAT!
I've had NO problems with them. In fact, I've had MORE problems with standard cartos than these. These have NO primer in them. Pop off the top of the XL E2's and fill them up with almost 2mls of juice!!! They're like mini feeding systems!

Most ppl that trash talk the E2's have either not tried them, got an earlier batch, or screwed up and tried using the 2.3-2.5 ohm ones at something over 3.7v. (user error)
I mean, EVERY SINGLE ONE of these are AWESOME for me. BEST FLAVOR. Hands down.

PPL talk about waiting for these, but I think they're finally ready. I dunno what that one chick above was talking about when she said their business is "questionable at best"... I've gotten everything I ordered from them, and so have everyone else I know. But then again take into consideration that I've seen that girl flame just about EVERYTHING I read about on here... I'm beginning to think some ppl just like the sound of their own "e-voice" lol...

What I mean is...
- Inconsistent or no quality control, and...
- If you bought directly from the manufacturer, no customer service and trying to dodge out of their own warrantee.
- Using the e-cig community as guinea pigs for an untested and unfinished product.
- Bold-faced lying about their testing and QC.
- etc etc etc...

Basically, they're the kind of place that wouldn't even be allowed to operate in a Western country. I freely admit the CE2's now are at least usable, if not pretty good. But that doesn't change the ethical and business failings of the company itself, who has only gotten to that point by making us waste thousands of dollars on earlier versions that WEREN'T usable by telling us that they were. And even now, if you buy from the manufacturer, good luck getting them to help you if you spend a hundred bucks buying a 6-month supply of CE2's, and they arrive unusable with smashed threads.

I agree with her on this one, she's openly changed her tune on her feelings on the E2 itslef, when they work they work wonderfuly and shes has stated that but she is 100% correct, there are a few that had great experiences with them, its documented and the posters have made themselves known but the facts are they did alot of what she is saying, I , myself who loves the e2, gave away all my other stuff and will only use the e2, made videos about the e2 and help with e2 info as much as anyone here if not more but that doesnt blind me to reality, these things had a rocky start, they where delivered with glue, many had primer and it was funky, many leaked, orders where sent wrong and so on and the language barrier and business practices didnt help the situations some had.

They have tried to improve and I give credit for those things, the e2 is evolving but we are still doing the large amount of testing inbetween revisions, our efforts as a community is what caused these changes and changes have been made, each revision is improving, I cant speak on how they handle orders and such since i dont buy weekly but with the e2 returns they are trying to handle that and offered a solution so some steps have been made. The dents are gone and they work on any mod or battery now, so alot has been improved, we went from plastic to ceramic and primer to NO primer. the leaks have been dealt with and we have more ohm options

The e2 is the future or some form of it and it hasnt been a joy ride getting here but its getting alot better as the next big thing in cartomizers/atomizer with a tank.

I openly complain to them, they know this, i dont hide it, they read what you guys and gals right, and there isnt one person to blame, we are dealing with china and things arent what they seem.
But putting all their F up aside and yes they had a few but putting that aside they listened and didnt run away and understand the e2 is popular and needs to be consistent and the issues need to be dealt with, the R4 has been tested for a month , so now we wait for it to arrive this week and if its a improvement over v3.5 then I will be a happier man then im now and already happy.

Are you saying the Rev. 4 is not available in stores yet? I thought I read on that monster thread that they may be in stores this week.

They are not ready yet, that's why no big vendors are carrying them, only the smaller ones to shift stock and make some cash as they are 'the hype' at the moment. The idea is there and it's getting closer and closer to getting there but it's gonna take some time for them to be as good as the Ultra / Premium 808 cartos. I've been testing them for weeks and i don't get a flavor burst like the Ultra's i'm using now, and if you take long drags they don't like it, i've been testing the 3.0ohm ones and the lower ones. Also refilling them is a pain in the ... instead of just popping off the cap and dripping into it.

Also another funny thing, the special 808 batteries i've had made give you a better draw than Royalsmokers own ones who make the cartomizers.

Apparently a couple of vendors just got the 510 versions of the R4, but i have not seen any 808 versions yet or any real world comparisons.
