One of my KR808D-1 autos has stopped working because (I think) it got juice in it when a G5 clearomizer leaked into it overnight. When I started using it the next morning it started drawing air by itself. I removed the carto and the battery continued to draw air and light the LED. When it finally quit I picked it up and it started again but this time it gave off a large plume of white smoke and stopped working at all. My question is is it possible to resurrect the battery by running denatured alcohol through it to possibly get rid of the leaked juice or just chalk it up to a dumb move on my part and get rid of it?

Unfortunately, it is probably cooked. Smoke is a pretty fatal sign. You can try soaking it in alcohol, nothing to lose at this point, but it is not likely to help. Its a pretty common issue with auto batts. There is a newer type of kr808d-1 batt that has a much smaller air hole and supposedly is immune to leaks and shocks. Called the Smoov, and it costs almost twice that of a regular kr8 kit, but might be worth it for you. Here's a vid review by bigicedog:

Whatever you do, don't pour alcohol into the barrel of your battery! Instead, pour a small amount of isopropyl alcohol in a shot glass and dip the battery connector end about 1/4" into the liquid--no deeper than that! Let it soak for about 1/2 hr or so. Remove and gently shake the alcohol out onto a paper towel. If the the liquid coming out of the battery is dark, repeat the procedure until the liquid that comes out is clear. Shake well and leave the battery (threads down) in a cup lined with a tissue (Kleenex is good) overnight.

Sometimes that will drain the gunk out of your battery. Good luck.

However, Kurt is probably right--smoke coming out of your battery is usually a bad sign...
