A good friend of mine got the VA Kraken v2. I bought it from him used once. The "quick release" top fill cap won't release. I watched videos and asked around and nobody can help. I've pushed it but it doesn't budge. Used pliers, a wrench, pushed with full body weight on the cap (apparently it's a push and turn thing) and not even a hint of movement. Help!
