why hype this up with countdowns?its a-no doubt nicely made-rubber/plastic/whatever bowl to stick your Ego into.

it doesnt act as a battery pack,it doesnt have a switch on the bowl,it doesnt even light up...plus,no matter what anyone says,as we all know-a pipe is held by the bowl.

i think an auto battery would be necessary to use it like a pipe should be used, but auto ego batteries are impossible to find in the UK.probably cos autos can gunk up.

lets hope the next release is something innovative and game changing.this was disappointing.

Im terribly sorry if we wasted part of your online time, by forcing you to look at a counter, for a product you are clearly not interested in.

In order not to have this happen again, we have currently employed 102 agents worldwide, who - without you knowing (if they do their job properly) will distract you from ever looking at a counter, or a similar item, on our website again.

However, should they fail to do so, please feel free to mail me directly at mik@jantyworld.com, and remember to include a picture of said agent, along with his unique agent-id, so i can have him fired.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience of our methods.

I think that its far too early to judge anything. I prefer to wait until I have something in hand before making up my mind. The pictures (as can happen with many things) may not do it justice. When I first saw pictures of the eGo , I thought that no one would want to buy that. From the picture, I thought that the thing was way too big and conspicuous to use in public. At the time I was one of the "its got to look like a real cig" vapers. I've long since abandoned that thinking. Once I got an eGo in hand I found that the device was more comfortable than I had initially believed.

Even knowing the scale, based on the known quantity (eGo), it may seem far different than it appears. I'm not saying that the Kuwako accessory is my holy grail or anything. For all I know, it could be a phenomenal disappointment. It may be better than a fine whiskey after a rough day.

I, for one, liked the idea of a modular system. Back when the original thread was running, I threw out the idea of making a device that could look like a pipe or an eGo by adding parts and changing pieces to suit the mood. I'm relatively certain that Mik came up with the idea long before I said it. I think they got some of it right. Adding some mouthpiece options or covers to make it more pipe-like could be nice. Adding another more angled model instead of a straight stem would be neat too.

Bottom line, it's new. The first eGos were only in black 650mah size. Shortly afterwards the larger ones came out, then USB pass through versions, etc. Let's get one in hand, run the heehaw out of it and see what shakes loose. I'm sure more variations are in store if it sells. If not, then they didn't blow a stack of money developing something that too few people want.

I see your point but theres a few issues. First of all, making a steel cone, with a silicone top would probably be very hard to do - atleast if youre planning for that silicone top to stay on!

would make the patent all the more valuable ;) i thought about that being an issue, and have a few options in my head, but like i said, and you confirmed, not worth the effort/hassle.

Secondly, and more important: Why would you be using cartomizers once we release the Janty Neo Classic, and its puromizer? =)
Tadaa! Problem solved :)

ah... i'll have to read up more about the classic, saw it on your site, but thought it was a slim e-cig replacement so didn't read up on it, but will check out the instructions i just saw there.

problem could be solved indeed.

Ludo if I can make a suggestion, I think this needs to be done. I would love to see a review from any well known reviewer doing a review of the Kuwako and the Neo Classic. The Neo Classic is a pv that has functions and features that can only be understood by seeing them in use and explained verbally. I read about the Neo Classic on your site, I still have know idea what it is.

@Scottinboca: Mik will do a thorough video in the next few days

The Kuwako's are shipped to our dispatches today and I am sure a lot of people will show it on youtube around next week. We will add some more info on the pages as well.

Right now I am in Korea, 3 hours away from a Janty press conference. I'll try to get back to you tomorrow or in the next few days.

You can hold the pipe by the bowl, with an auto, or manual battery to allow easy access for the button. Its designed for it - the button does not have to be on the top, you can rotate the ego so the button is on the side and thereby easily reachable with your uhm.. pointing finger? =)

(my english vocabulary goes thumb -> skips one, then index, skips one, then pinky. Sorry)

There will also be the option of inserting your Janty Neo Classic auto battery in there ( available in black soon ) which means the whole Kuwako will now look exactly like a pipe, and perform as one.

I hope that clears it up a bit :p

But now, i gotta go , making a presentation video of the NEO classic - and you guys are a tough crowd so i better make it good!
I think most of us would rather you make it fast.... Just picture us sitting here, refreshing the thread over and over again, waiting for the video, failing to do any work whatsoever.... ;)

I knooooow! But there is a limit to how fast I can do it im afraid.

A sensible estimate on when it will be up, will be tomorrow - ive done the recordings, i just need to edit it and run it through Ludo, but since hes in Korea atm, it will probably be tomorrow. So dont expect it today! (sorry)

No problem, we understand your meaning. For future refrence, in order it goes.. thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky.

Not sure I'm sold on neo classic. Think I'll wait for the black version, order a few "puromizers", and try them on my jets battery. If they're as impressive as you say (you said in a recent post 50% better than Jets), I may pony up for a whole auto kit. Black of course. :)

Any idea when the black versions will be avialable in the US?

Damn. I knew those! :)

Actually there are several ways you can activate it - index, or thumb will both be viable options.

As for the Neo Classic - that is entirely your call -regarding how good the puromizer is, its subjective. To me, its the only "tank" like system that works in a way so i dont feel im cutting back on taste, or throat hit in order to have a system thats easy to handle / lasts for a long day. Thats probably a better way of saying it, rather than compare it to any other system really.

The black kit is nice - but the stainless one looks very impressive when its physically infront of you, but each to their own ofcourse.

No clue on when the black ones will land sorry =/
