ARGH! the only reason I posted in here was because you said you were closing it. Now you are keeping it open, so I will have to keep checking it all night, just in case somebody says something important (hasn't happened yet in this thread, but you never know).

Actually, some of the wittiest people on ecf hang out here. I just wish bobsyeruncle would change that avatar. That thing is creepy!

I'm pretty attached to the avatar. I've been using it for a long, long time. Like a decade before I joined up with ECF long. I guess I kinda know what you mean, though. Even without the Spock ears and fangs, it's still kind of scary.

I really hate the Swiss army knife type of can opener and even the generic el cheapo ones. I've got a StarFrit Magic can opener and it's pretty much spoiled me for everything else.

Well, I don't have a Sparkly Magic can opener, or whatever you called it, but the flat hook-style ones are pretty rough and horrible. But not as horrible as being ten hours into not having eaten, 20 miles from your car (or any kind of road) and fifty miles from the nearest person--and the dip-fecal matter in charge of the food only brought cans and no opener.

I completely missed the video. Hints?
