Welcome to parenthood :)

You do need to get some sleep, whether it's finding somehow to actually grab "a night's worth" or just figuring out how to squeeze five or ten 20 minute to an hour naps in a day, you need to figure out how to have some control over when you sleep. I go for the 20 minute to an hour naps whenever I can, because I know from experience that if you don't get enough sleep your body will eventually say "... you" and go to sleep anyway.

I do know what it's like to literally not have a chance to sleep all day--but I've also awaken a quarter of the way into the final ramp at the end of a highway as it dropped 120 feet to merge into another road, after falling asleep at the wheel 46 miles previously. Makes for a great story now, but if I'd have awaken just one second later I would have been in the air headed for the top of an Exxon station.

You really don't want that to happen

I was so tired at work last night, I actually typed lines in a report that I have no recollection of typing. That's when I decided it was time to log off early and go to sleep. Not to mention the headache last night that I still woke up with even after Tylenol PM. And still have now even after getting a little nap earlier.

Have you tried a decongestant? I have found that when I have a headache that just won't go away it's usually (for me) sinus related--that while it's not enough pressure to notice sinus problems, or seem to be a "sinus headache," it's just a steady enough low-grade pressure that a decongestant and tylenol/ibuprofen will usually help. And the weather change (whether it's between clear and rainy or just temperature) plays havoc with my sinuses.

It's just a personal observation, but it might be worth trying out :)
