 Now I want a mary jane candy. Bobo, I've heard that tastes like pine, or pine-sol. What you described is so Cheech and Chong. It's just odd how some of them taste so different from how they smell. I've got a tobacco-ish vape that the exhale has been described as hangover breath. No one here has complained about it, but they still smoke so they probably can't smell it anyway.

My son had this tobacco flavor once and no lie, it smelled like big angry tom cat pee. I wouldn't let him vape it in the house! Now all he vapes is Banana Cream Pie from The Plume Room and it smells just like banana cream. Really yummy. I've given up trying to reproduce it.

RP, I thought you were already my #4? lol :) I'm off to North Carolina to hang with some glass people for the weekend. I am taking food, my friend requested that I make chili. It's really good chili. It's about a 3 hour drive so not so bad. I did happen to almost choke when I saw the gas prices are up yet again today. almost $3.50 here! What the heck is going on??? I haven't watched any news for 2 weeks so I have NO idea. Or maybe it's the usual nothing?

This sounds like enough to open your own storefront. I've found that the 100mg is definitely the way to go in terms of cost. However, I'm also finding it difficult to find these days with all the worry warts buying it all up.

I do sell to about 4-6 friends. pays for supplies & my habit ;)

I've been getting my nic base from NN - they usually have 100mg in stock.

Happy spring everyone! finally some sun here in north GA. Its been the coldest & longest winter since I lived here (8yrs)

I'm working in my dining room today so I can enjoy some daylight - my home office is in basement finished room & like a cave. Which is great for the middle of the hot summer -- needing some sun today.

hi

I only wanted to say hi, but it won't let me post anything under 10 characters.

Hi RP! Is your cold all gone?

Did you try a Google spreadsheet?

I totally goofed off today Since it was so nice out. I spent half my day on my back deck soaking up the sun.

now sitting up too late watching Netflix.

My phone auto correct has a mind of its own.

How do you price things? A few friends all want some of my flavors I've made. I haven't even gotten all my flavors tried out and they want me to start selling to them. I don't want to be a vendor, but selling to a couple friends is alright. Spare time and funds my stuff.

Claire - still have lots of snot, but I feel so much better. Thank you for asking.

Never sold either. I'm my only friend who vapes. There's one other smoker who teaches with me, and she did the vaping thing for a few months but hated it. I assumed I would too, but I fell in love. That would be awesome to have friends that did it too.

Thanks for your blog posts. Really helpful sourcing equipment.

Maybe it's the area I'm in. The Dallas area has a new vape shop opening up every month. Vaping is kinda trendy here, smoking is looked down on. And I work in the kitchen of a restaurant. Lots of young people work there, and they have all pretty much switched. I think there is only 2 smokers and about 10 vapers there. And my mom vapes, couple bouts of cancer got her to quit. My gf vapes thank god. I'm so glad, took her being in the hospital giving birth to quit, but she did it. After I quit, I couldn't stand the smell, wasn't a .... about it, but I couldn't believe that's how I smelled to others. That's all the people I am willing to give my juice to.

You need to get to feeling better. Supposed to be snot snosed kid, not snot teacher.

There's a spreadsheet I found on the forum a while ago that helps you figure prices per ml. I'll post it up here later when I get to my laptop.

I'm charging $5 per 15ml and $2 for a 5ml. 3ml samples I give a few away once in a while ---- for me its a good way to test flavors I personally don't want to vape.

All my friends have been vaping for a while so I got them to save empty juice bottles. Many bottles they already had were 15 or 18ml sizes. I reuse plastic bottles a couple of times. I take all lids and dropper caps off. Then soak them in a deep plastic container with hot water and rubbing alcohol. Run the labels of while in hot water. I put them thru a 2nd plain hot water bath then rinse with cold and stand them on paper towel to dry for a while.

I use address labels I've had around for a while. Need to use scotch tape tho.

I'm figuring in cost of juice + eventually I knew I had to buy bottles. Cost of labels, adding in shipping etc.. Making smaller batches for me is more time consuming than making a 30 or 60ml of a few flavors.

Hope that helps!

Bobo - here's a link to a thread that includes a spreadsheet you can download. in that spreadsheet is a tab titled "cost to juice by ml" or DIY cost calculator. Not sure if thay are 100% accurate but I'm guessing its fairly close. hope that helps!
