I'm just so happy with my VK and my experiences with V4L that I hate the idea of even one person getting turned off and not trying V4L or ordering again.

I mean, it's not just about that one irate person maybe going away... it's all their family members, friends and co-workers that they could have had try them too... and then all the people those people could have gotten to try vaping with what I believe to be the best product out there from the best business out there.
So many lives that could be positively impacted- could be a loss because of just one person walking away.

Every customer is important, even the cranky ones. The V4L staff knows that, they say so plainly; this isn't just a business, it's a mission.

(sorry for the dramatic tone :) just feeling very passionate about this today)

Thank You for your words of understanding, and wisdom:D

As for more complaining, we are shipping so much, and have so many new customers, we absolutely have to make a few mistakes, every week. It is just the law of nature:lol:

The V4L Family ROCKS big time, and I am commited to making EVERYONE as satisfied, as possible.

Well I for one am extremely happy with V4L. I sent at least 4 people to the website in the past week and a half. My few orders have been perfect and they always include freebies which are incredible. I don't know how they do it. I know how hard it is to keep a running inventory which must be especially tough when you are importing, dealing with customs, etc.

Thanks to Steve, Mark and Crew!
Thanks for the GREAT service

Yeh i love V4L. Evereyone is great. I put a V4L business card on the board at the VA hospital cause when i was checking in other day the receptionist who knows me well(i am there like 3 times a week) said why dont you put the card up there. and its behind locked glass doors so noone will mess with it. so lot of people will see this thats for sure. also gave my friend a card cause he wants to get a e-cig. he was going to go to the mall i said NOOOOOOOO the mall sells these way too high in price. i said go here and gave him a card. He thanked me and went on his way.

I am a more than satisfied customer, great product, great service, and I have been smoke free for over a month because of it :D.

But when it comes down to it, though this place is considered to be a fan club by most, it is still an open forum where people can ask questions, and talk about their experiences with V4L whether it be good or bad.

The fact of the matter is, mistakes happen. Especially when considering how rapidly this company is growing. And for every negative post, there are 50 positive ones. And this was the main thing that convinced me to go with V4L in the first place.

I personally have no problem with someone posting a negative experience or problem that they have had with V4L, as long as it is done in a non-offensive and constructive manner. Because if it happened to one person, it has probably happened to others.

This way we can all share our input, experiences, give our advice, and work together to come up with a possible solution to that problem or negative experience, whatever it may be. Isn't that what these boards are all about???

Normally though, Steve or Mark are right there before any of us and fixes the problem right away, so its all good :D.
