Yeah already emailed their support and they are starting the warranty exchange process with me. Oh well, hopefully this process goes smoothly. Little disappointing that I have to exchange it out.
Mine has the battery rattle too. I wrote them Friday, they don't work on weekends, so I hope to hear back by Monday. Maybe it just needs a shim, but I don't want to open it up as its new and under warranty. Only glad to see I'm not alone, they should check these in the factory before shipping, guess they will be after seeing a bunch of returns!
