Lavatube malfunction

My wife's Lavatube is acting funny. Its not always firing all the time. I pull the post on the carto and it will sometimes work. If I fiddle with the post on the Lavatube it works. Is there a way to figure out how to raise the post on the Lavatube?

If it is under warranty I'd send it back. Have you got a pic of the connector.

Nothing looks out of the ordinary. Looks the same as it always has

Look inside your 510 connection on lavatube and check to see if the circle piece in the middle is depressed or elevated. It should be elevated. You might have pressed it down somehow while cleaning it or something. If its flat just get one of those super tiny flat head screw drivers and get it underneath the center circle and lift it up gently and kind of spin it so you lift evenly all around. Just lift it up a little bit, if it still feels like its acting funny lift a little more. Let me know if that's it. If not then I feel like a ...... explaining this
