Hi guys. Wld like to ask, im using a l-rider lambo lavatube. How do i know which version is it?
Rachel, I think I may place an order with Alice this week. Any flavors you got from them that you really aren't into or don't recommend?
I'd HIGHLY suggest the chrome mini if they're available, only $10 more. Really a nice hefty high end seeming unit. Just checked and they ARE avail in chrome mini! Yay!
Now the chrome are out of stock, and the 30% off works with just the unit but SS is only offered in the kit I guess. I waited too long, may end up going with the "knock offs".
Those who have mini LT's - Are you satisfied with the battery life?
Apollo is pretty awesome, they may break up a kit for you if you contact their customer service.
hey orachel,
was just reading through the last few pages of the thread to catch up on the latest and am happy you are happy with your new toy and new juice vendor. Good for you.
What did surprise me though is the number of people having to use either an adapter or 3.5ml tank cone to use the vivi nova tank on their ss or chrome LT. As you know I just got a new one of each (and by the way, I am hooked on the vivi Nova; great tasting vape) and have no problems vaping with them without any extra hardware. I guess what needs to be accertained now is which model vivi nova people have. I know there are at least two versions and I've heard possibly three. I am not sure which version is which, or which I have, for that matter, but I do know that one version has at least one air hole on the wide knurled ring that makes up the bottom of the tank. Another version, (the one I have) has one air hole right above the top thread of the 510 connector. You would think mine would be the one that would need air-flow help since the other has the hole open to the world, but, like I said, mine is working great without any additional hardware.
As far as juice goes, from TVR I also love their Apple Pie and am glad I got a large bottle when it was FOTW. Also since tasting juice with my vivi nova I have found that Hoosier E-Cig Supply also has some tasty house-blended flavors as well as some of the best prices on cartos, addys, tanks and more. Vanilla Coke, Coke and chocolate raspberry truffle are some of my favorites. You will be happy to know they sell these in up to 30ml bottles, carry 100%VG and also have some DIY mixers (but not Flavorings.) They have a five percent discount code that I think is: 5off. If that doesn't work give a call and they will tell you. Brent is a nice guy.
Well here I am writing a post that looks like one of yours (people enjoy reading your words {I know I do}) probably not so much what I have to say. So until next time. . .

Pleased to hear all your goodies arrived in good shape.
The "super snazzy" unit is the Echo DC Carto with a 901 thread. It is filled the same as any other carto. Forget how much it holds but I think in the range of 2.5 to 3ml. Fill it with a syringe slowly and let it sit and absorb for a few minutes then top it off with a dropper bottle. Pretty much the same as you have been doing with your other cartos.I don't like mine to get much below half full as it can leave the upper coil exposed, inviting a burned taste.

Whew! Sorry to divebomb thread, but my health is funky these days, so cram as many responses into the time I have before I have to lay flat for my back again, ya'll. lol But sorry!
Oh yay! Thanks, Errol! That's just what I needed to know. And thanks for info re smaller batts in the V8, ton of people are having same issue, so I mentioned your fix (attributed to you) in DV thread, also. Everyone is worried they're gonna break with battery cramming. AND my little thingie holding my back on did break! lol Didn't break all the way off so i didn't realize it at first, but its pretty loosy goosy on there, for sure. Seems ok when batts are in, though, and I'd rather it be a lil loose than flat out impossible to get off, like it was before it broke. And lastly, So you're going with knockoff chrome tube in 3.5-4 amp instead of the new volcano tube, huh? I'm still undecided, but will be a few mos before i get it. Which chrome would you get with the high amp restriction, though? I'm all a twangle as to which are really high, and which are just advertised as high. If you have a vendor referral for decent high amp tube, I'll bookmark it to keep checking prices. Plus thinking cost on those might go down when the new tubes come out in new style. Such a quandry. Don't think I need something over 3amps, necessarily, since I dont 'push' high voltage thru my gear, and I certainly like the new body style at volcano... but I keep hearing how much nicer the vape is on a higher amp restriction, and seems silly to get a new unit with another low restriction, so that's why I'm sorta determined to get a high one. Plus, I REALLY love the heft of the chrome/stainless body, quite a bit. Guess I'll wait till the weight comes out on the new volcanos to see how hefty they are, first, tho. They are awfully pretty.![]()
