Go to you inbox...scroll down to the bottom it will have a red/yellow/green bar and will say "Inbox contains 1,740 messages. You have 1,892 messages stored, of a total 3,000 allowed." Or whatever yours actually is.

The most you can get (that I know of) is 2000. You get that by becoming a paid subscriber. It helps support the forum and stuff. There are a few other things you get. But that was what I wanted. Since I save all my outgoing mail and incoming...200 filled up quickly.
