You can try a few options below:

1) Check e oring at e bottom of e tube. Is it still there? Or has it snapped or was left out accidentally? For most tank systems, even higher end ones, e bottom oring acts like a gasket to ensure juice doesn't leak out.

2) When changing coils / coil heads, try to turn e tank upside down (empty, please) and screw in e bottom to e top and vice versa. This might help.

3) Get another vivi nova to verify whether this is just a faulty one out of e 1000s produced.

4) Get V3 Clearos. They work fine and chances of pooling/leaking is less, unless you opt for e exchangeable/detachable wick/coil option - which could turn out e same way for you like what happened to yr vivi nova.

if the air hole is on top of the screw thread, either use a 510-510 extension or try not to screw in all the way.
Hi, the air hole is on top of the screw thread. it looks like the problem is with my lavatube. When I first got it..it fits the stardust pretty ok, but need some adjusting though, before it fits. I only use for 1-2 times, but later when I tried to fit the stardust on again...it no longer fits. Same goes for the Vivi nova. But both the stardust and vivi nova fits well on my ego batts. Any advice? Is the threading on my lava damaged?read up the forum...looks like this a common problem?

That threading on the Young June seems pretty crappy to me, that's the problem.

Hmm..unfortunately have to agreed with you..the tolerance is bad...I only had the unit for 2 days..was looking forward to pairing it with the Nova...would a 510 adaptor help? Or any chance the threading on the lava can be repaired DIY?

When u using Nova, there would be some condensation at the batt connection, same as mine, I think this is very normal cause there an air intake hole at the threaded connection, as long as you don't suck it vertically, with the battery above and the nova below, it won't leak...

I see...that puts me at ease. Thanks!
