You can try a few options below:
1) Check e oring at e bottom of e tube. Is it still there? Or has it snapped or was left out accidentally? For most tank systems, even higher end ones, e bottom oring acts like a gasket to ensure
juice doesn't leak out.
2) When changing coils / coil heads, try to turn e tank upside down (empty, please) and screw in e bottom to e top and vice versa. This might help.
3) Get another vivi nova to verify whether this is just a faulty one out of e 1000s produced.
4) Get V3 Clearos. They work fine and chances of pooling/leaking is less, unless you opt for e exchangeable/detachable wick/coil option - which could turn out e same way for you like what happened to yr vivi nova.
