Leaks?

Before I invest in an PV, I'd like to ask if anyone travels up and down in altitude with one. I live in California @ 8000 ft. and regularly travel to the valley @300 ft. Can this be done without leaks? Or should I stick with disposables when traveling?

I did notice that my tanks leaked on a recent trip. My next trip I am going to empty most out of secondary tanks and only keep my primary less than 1/2 full. On way up/down I am going to loosen the primary to allow it to adjust.

I think it is due to the vacuum that is created inside the tank while vaping.

It will leak depending on how full your tank is. I recommend traveling with ejuice bottles and empty tanks.

I go from 0 elvation to 20,000 ft (C130 and C5 airplanes) and never had 1 leak yet..

100% leak free would be a cartomizer.
Try an ego mega for longer trips.

Newbie to vaping. What's the difference between a cartomizer and a clearomizer?

generally about $2 or so. Depends on the vendor and device. Go high end though and you could be talking about $100 or better.

I have used CE4's, CE5's, Evods, T3S's, MT3S clearos and ego 1300 twist batteries on many flights..I find that the bottom filler clearos like the Evod, T3S and MT3S tend to leak much more than top fillers but for other reasons than altitude..
