Maybe recently you saw me trade my Reo Grand for an Omega and a little cash. What??? Yes, I did. Kazz got an excellent deal!
Just get this straight: I did it for a specific purpose and in NO WAY should be construed as not liking my Reo. I still have my Mini, practically sleep with it. And I'll be back for more.
In fact, now that I've sent it on its way I'm quite proud. He has never tried a Reo. I feel like an evangelist spreading the good word.

JUST KIDDING!!! Lots of folks trade their REOs for other mods and vise versa. I hope that no one berated you over it....they shouldn't have. What you do with your mods is really your own business. There are many Reonauts actually who trade off REOs on a fairly regular basis. But I know how you feel about sharing the love so-to-speak. I've got several out on loan just for that reason. Kind of a try before you buy type thing with local friends/family. Anyway...just wanted to make sure you were feeling the love too!

i traded away the first reo i ever had without ever using it much. it was a grand and i had gotten used to tube mods so the fit felt funny to me as i felt it was too big for the purpose i wanted it to serve. i also was in the process of wanting to give lots of mods a try in hopes of finding perfection. i figured in time id grab a mini and give it a go. time went by and i sold a mod i had...helix, in hopes of grabbing a gg that was listed. my deal fell through and the gg was bought by someone a hair quicker than me. sooo, i didnt want to be without a backup for my provari for long and a sweet little utile and ebony mini woodvil come up for sale in perfect condition...i snagged it knowing i had to give it a try. i got my woodvil mini and fell in love, it became my primary mod and my provari stopped seeing the use it once had seen. then the 18490s came out and i knew i had to get one but to do it sacrifices had to be made. a turn of crazy circumstances happened and i was able to sell my provari and score a stabilized burl 18490. it may not be for everyone but for me the reo woods are perfect for what i want and need and my search for the perfect mod for me is over.

I had to laugh about the way you sounded like you committed some kind of crime selling your Reo. It's not a crime and you shouldn't feel guilty. You're just helping someone else find the perfect PV.
