Checked every one of my fuses. All good.

Dead battery and blown fuse at the same time? Seems way too coincidental.

Dead battery because of what caused the issue with your non functioning lights and whatnot.

Your vehicle does not have any low voltage protection against these things working.

Find your radio fuse and replace it even if it's not blown.

Epilogue

Truck is fixed. It was a blown fuse. It sure acted like a blown fuse but I checked them all and none were blown. Went back and replaced the radio fuse like f1vefour suggested and that didn't solve the problem either. I called the Dodge dealer (I know the service adviser and one of the mechanics). They suggested to look at the power distribution center under the hood because there were fuses in there too. Sure enough, there was an ignition draw fuse in there that was blown. Replaced it and everything came back to life. This is the first vehicle I have owned or seen with two separate fuse panels. I've owned this vehicle since it was brand new in 1993 and always wondered what that black box was. Now I know.

I'm guessing what happened was I left the dome light on and it drained the battery. When I went to hook it up to my charger, I put it on the 60 amp setting (super boost) and that's what blew the fuse. Just a guess but seems to make most sense.

No mice Pap. :)

Your welcome, most all vehicles have a an additional fuse box under the hood but who'd a thunk it was there for a non functioning radio.

Well, historically I never remember there being two fuse panels (I mean, how often do you need to access your fuse panel). I cut my teeth on 60's and 70's cars. But since they came out with computer cars they probably needed to.

I meant modern automobiles, my father owned an auto repair business for twenty+ years and most of the work was on modern vehicles...although points were sanded and mechanical fuel pumps changed at times ;)

I worked there for a few years, cars used to be much more mechanical. Nowadays it's ridiculous, my car has electric power steering..push button starting..the throttle is electronic (no cable)...etc..etc and I hate it all.

My first computer car was in 1986...a Chevy. I lifted the hood and couldn't find the carburetor. I knew my days of messing with cars was coming to an end. :)

But I still work on them except for computer related stuff or things I don't have tools or diagnostics for.

the cars today... everything is computer controlled... there isnt even a cable going to the throttle body anymore, its a motor that controls the butterfly valve... and its strong enuf to lop off a finger if you have it down inside the throat...

Yep right now the dome isn't closed.
Regardless I went outside the seating area. Even outside the food court and still got harassed. There were people hiding smoking near kids and all I'm doing is vaping. Bs n

My God...

" O judgment! Thou art fled to brutish beasts,
And men have lost their reason. Bear with me.
My heart is in the coffin there with Caesar,
And I must pause till it come back to me." (weeps)

They made me vape in the vaping section at Comerica Park. The only reason the made me move was because someone complained that I was smoking
