Nice review Ed. Very comprehensive, I feel like I'd be very informed if I wanted the device.

I predict that you will find the Provari to be not nearly as configurable as that evic. But I bet you will still like it. It's a solid VV device. However, if you're like me you will want a delivery device to match, that sits solidly on those 510 threads. I can tell you that Novas ain't it, the threads on those suck. I wouldn't put a Provari in my pocket with one of those on top, ever. I may have to go to a carto tank. More $$. Jeez.

I really enjoyed writing it. Your compliment says a lot.

As to the mo' money...there is always something. I think I am getting an AGA T2 soon. Actually, I know I am. That should be more than a match for my Provari. So a Provari, a couple of AGA T2's. About 3 big bills....

I may just go with those AGAs too. The one I have now is only good on a mechanical, being a low ohm that doesn't read on a PV. Hit's GREAT on both my mechs, since I learned how to do a proper coil. The VV Provari will need a higher ohm coil, which will mean a separate AGA just for that. I don't have a problem with that, other that more $.

Your blem, my bling? Little things like that are annoying to me though. Why let something like that go? How can you continue to make something that sounds poorly constructed. You know, if they fix little things like that and the stupid dust cover, it takes the cheaply built argument away to some degree. Honestly, it appears mostly pretty well put together.

I have bought a lot of eGo products, most have not disappointed me. The set Wattage (VV) feature is very nice, and I will miss it when I get a Provari. I really do see devices with firmware updates should become the norm in the future. I see a lot of possibilities to this. Thanks for taking the time to read the Lion's long-winded review. I felt like less would be a halfhearted attempt, but sometimes less is more.

Reviews are hard to keep concise. If you took yours to a vid presentation, it would probably be shorter than most. And if I were considering buying an e-Vic, I'd think your review would be too short.

Has anyone used a Bolt Mod like what HHV has for sale?

I've used a plastic bolt.. Madvapes has em for 11$ but I'd prefer one like HHv sells though the newer anodized are even nicer in terms of looks. Not sure about wiring.

Wiring meaning, quality of construction, quality of components used?

Got a video question.

I'll make a short vid (a minute or so) on my Canon camera. I download it on my computer and want to email it. So I attach it to the email and send. But it spins into eternity and takes fricking forever. I'm talking like never so I just cancel the send. Why so long? People have emailed me vids and it doesn't take long at all. Do I just have a bad file type for emailing. I think it is a WMV.

Ideas?
