I've seen some people on ECF raving about the Viking but I haven't checked youtube for reviews , my primary interest in it is it's a four poster with directed airflow so it should be fun trying different builds on it but not to the tune of $120 .

Agree! I'm not in the market for a $120 dripper. The original manufacturer is not losing a sale because I would not buy one at that price anyway. My Kayfuns, yes. Because they are used all the time (not to mention there were no clones when I bought my first one).

I think any of these drippers with the coil air flow holes will kick out the flavor jams. From there it's just design preferences.

There yuh go! Good find. Yes, I trust Ehpro. There were some knocks on Ehpro on the very early Kayfuns but that quickly subsided and I've really heard mostly good stuff on their stuff across the board.
Yup I agree , it may take Hcigar 2 or 3 months to get around to cloning the Veritas , if they decide to clone it at all and you can't go too far wrong for $25 anyway . Vape Royalty should pick this one up .

Ordered! Coming from the Land of Fruits and Nuts. But then that's where Vape Royalty is. Ordered my Plume on Friday and got it Monday.

    Nice find retic!

Let us know how it performs when you get it , that Infinite Rose V2 clone they have there sure is looking pretty , I'm trying to talk myself out of it though since I think I finally got the Heron clone dialed in , I do prefer being able to see my juice level though . :)

Voltron , I agree with LA in that you should go single coil in the Magma until you get an APV capable of handling the duals , which means replaceable batteries , I can't recommend a mech right now until you get more experienced in building , you're looking at roughly $100 to get you into a regulated device with batteries and charger . You should pick up some tweezers or hemostats and a set of precision screwdrivers , it's about $5 for a set of precision screwdrivers at wal-mart and Fasttech has the ceramic tipped tweezers for a good price . If you're looking for a decent low cost regulated device , look at the Innokin SVD on Fasttech it's about $38 and it will handle duals down to .8 ohms with no problems and they have the Nitecore intellicharger for under $20 , it's an excellent battery charger that I use for all my batteries , you would have to order 18650 batteries from the states unless you want to wait 2 months to receive them from Fasttech , they literally have to ship batteries by slow boat from China .

Hey retic. You recommended the SVD to me before, so I've been planning to buy it next for sure. I wanted to ask you about the charger and batteries, but you just answered that question for me. :) I'll stick with single coils for the time being, like you all suggest.

The Plume Veil (I can tell) is an excellent dripper. I don't want to make it sound like it is not. It just isn't for me. It's for the kids who like the gigantic clouds and massive throat hit. Really need a DNA 30 minimum. The three air flow options are a waste for me. I have to close off the two top holes, the two side slots, and half the bottom airholes...defeats the purpose of having all those options. Too airy for me and my lungs can't take the hit. Definitely a nice flavor burst though That said, I did not like the small juice capacity and ease of leak. Leaking just turns me off instantly! I guess it didn't come as a total surprise because I could see how shallow the well was and the bottom air holes were not elevated very high. Great dripper if you want to enter a cloud contest. Screw some dual 24 ga coils at .5 ohms, mount it on a DNA at 40 watts and you can make your own weather system. I'm too much a wimp in my older years. But I know I can still beat the krap out of those punks! :)

Volt...start out with the single coils. They're simpler and easier to troubleshoot and adjust because you're used to single coil. But give the dual coils a try once you feel comfortable with the single coils. Many say there isn't a lot of difference. Some say there is. Find out for yourself once you have the single coil build down pat. Personally, dual coils is a bad fit for me but you need to experiment to see how it works for you.

They had an Ehpro Rose Kayfun in there too that caught my eye.

I'm not interested in clouds though the Magma and the Veritas can be built for them , the Magma and I would assume the Veritas can be set for a very tight draw if you want , I'm usually running my airflow wide open with a long angled small bore driptip , I don't do lung hits and that combination works well for me but YMMV .

I noticed that EHpro Veritas comes with a small bore (at least best I can tell from the photos). Glad for that! This Plume Veil came with a wide bore. Two drags off that thing and I sidelined it and put a small bore tip on. Screw that!

Voltron , do not order batteries from Ebay or Amazon , theres been a lot of reports of counterfeit batteries being sold on those sites , buy from a BM you trust or a site like RTD Vapors or Vape Royalty , don't skimp on batteries .

So which dual box are you waiting on? Premade or custom? Do tell.

    Custom from twisted jester ejuice.
Dual 18650 with MOSFET is all I know really. Custom cylon decal on it is all I care about :p

Just an FYI. The SVD 2.0 is due to be released on the 20th. But you know how that sort of thing goes. PB has a beta and some pics on his site. I would guess he'll do a first look soon. It looks pretty good for what it is. Not enough for me but for those that prefer a cooler vape or use mainly Protanks and such it would be a hit at the price.

I've been looking into the Cellucotton. It seems that there is Cellucotton Rayon and Cellucotton 100% Cotton. I've been using the 100% cotton. I thought they were the same thing but I've been told they are not. I'm thinking the two are made the same way, just that one is made with cotton and one is made from other cellulose material. That's what I can find so far. Either way the Cellucotton 100% Cotton doesn't act like regular cotton and I'm guessing the processing is what changes it. So for now I'm going to keep using it. I may at some point pick up some rayon and see if it is any different from what I'm using but there's no hurry. Just an FYI.

Absolutely not the same thing. The Cellucotton Rayon is what everybody seems to be running these days. I'm taking a break from it myself in the KFL's and only running it in my drippers. Why I can get it to work well in my drippers and not in my KFL's is something that I don't have time to figure out right now. Perhaps when I have a few days downtime, I'll give it a shot in the KFL's again. Until then the KFL's are using Organic Cotton.

Maybe the Cellucotton 100% Cotton would work better for you. I'm going to look into this some more.

I have enough OC to last me a couple years, and I'm not giving up on the Rayon just yet. I do have around 499 feet of it or so to get it right. :D
