Next build try dropping to 6-7 wraps it will give better results IMO .

I'm vaping some 70/30 PG/VG, 12mg, Lemon Vanilla Cake at 3.7 volts, and it's hitting like a monster. The flavor is intense out of these things. I think I've been officially Magmatized.
I was just reading a thread on reddit about the SVD 2 , someone from Innokin posts there , he's stating that they have gone to all metal and beefed up the buttons as well as the threading and that the device has been designed to be repairable in key areas , don't know if any of that is true but if it is it'll be a big plus factor for it .

But it does get better , especially with duals at a lower resistance .

Drippers are a whole new world. It's one of the reasons why the Kayfuns are so popular. They are not drippers but they approach the same quality.
Now that it's up and running well, this Veritas is outstanding for flavor, ease of build and function. I will be ordering another one for sure, because I'd like to have one stay on single coil for the battery life, and for out and about. The next one will be for dual coils, to compare to the Magma.
It looks great on the ZNA, and just overall is a nice looking RDA. Juice capacity is on par with the Magma - maybe slightly less. Biggest benefit is that leak resistance. Being able to lay in bed and vape with no worry was very nice indeed. The drip tip is new, a nice match, but a little wobbly. Guess I need to invest in more expensive ones to get them non-wobbly on RDA's.
The SS of the Magma is noticeably thicker. The little screwdriver I used to wedge the top of the Veritas off managed to put a small gouge in the metal. Is SS normally that soft?
Still, it's a solid thumbs up for me at its $25 price.

Bronze , he's got a Kayfun mini he hasn't built yet , but Voltron might get Kayfunned and Magmatized in one day , pretty dam cool IMO .

Screwdrivers are made with hardened steel , most vape gear isn't , so I'd say it's to be expected .
SS is very hard. Harder than regular carbon steel. But yes, SS can also gouge. It's just harder to do it. Truthfully, with these clones I am not sure what we are always getting. And especially from one clone maker to the other.
That does look nice on the ZNA. Sharp! Looks like the diameter matches perfectly too.
BTW, you can fill from the top or through the air hole. Did we discuss this already?

Voltron , the Kayfun mini is built the same way as any other Kayfun , you can follow Bronze's pictorial , it's the same thing . If you can jump on you tube and watch some videos about building a Kayfun with microcoils and cotton , Pbusardo is your best bet for that . Don't let the extra parts intimidate you , it's really simple .
Confession: since being Magmatized, Kayfuns are not as enjoyable. They are still amazing, but feel very "thin" in flavor and vapor in comparison. Now the Veritas will bump them even further away from rotation.
See, and I find them to be in the same arena. In fact, I find them to be more "pleasant" than a dripper. I'll be toking on the dripper awhile then switch to the Kayfun and go, "Ahhhhh". Even my small Phoenix drippers give an extra flavor burst over the Kayfun. In fact, these little Phoenix drippers are fairly close to the Plume Veil and Veritas. But the added advantage of having a 4.5ml tank is really a nice plus for the Kayfun. And they don't leak!!!!
I forgot to mention, the 510 connector is shorter on the Veritas than on the Magma. On the Provari, there's about a 1 mm gap with the Magma. The Veritas sits flush.
The Magma wins on quality of materials. But I keep a paper towel with me and have to wipe juice from the Magma a lot. That could be the learning curve and overfilling, but you do have to be careful not to tilt it with the airflow hole pointing down. I'll have to see how they compare with both running dual coils. The Magma's flavor on duals is wondrously intense!
Especially at that price, I think the Veritas is a great option for you.

All of my KF's are clones, and all of them seep slowly in the case where I keep them. They are on their sides, which is probably not the best, and I have to keep them with the airflow pointing up, or all of the juice drains out pretty quickly. The tank connections are nice and tight. I do live on a mountain, and Calve mentioned something about that being an issue, I think. But you're right, in regular use, they don't leak.

Makes me glad I got the originals. I spent a week up on a mountain (a few times) and they did not leak or act funny. But then we're talking only a few thousand feet, not 10,000 feet. I suspect you're not but a couple/few thousand feet up.
ZNA update. It's going to be in an overnight FedEx packet to House of Hybrids tonight. I spoke to a lovely gentleman about options and went with the $70 repair/upgrade that will bring my 20W to fully current spec 30W. New updated board, upgraded connector, buttons, spring, gold contacts etc etc. along with a 1 year warranty. No brainer really!!
Return envelope included, so hopefully with their 24hr turnaround, I may have it back in time for the weekend.
