Papaw just use the chamber and chimney from the SM KFL in the Hcigar that should give you what you want .HCigar KFL Lite Plus V2 from Vape Royalty ordered. I am familiar with this model, shouldn't be too difficult to master. Now I just need to find someone who sells HCigar 'parts' to finish off my grand scheme here....
The T5 is a nice atty based on the Kayfun design , it's not going to be drastically different from a KFL in terms of vape quality . It's all gonna be in the build as far as what you're you'll get out of either . I wouldn't sweat over the differences between the KFM clones , the Ivogo version works just as well . The FT forum is good for a laugh but little else , they argue over the boxes the clones come in for crissake , I just look at the reviews and filter those through what I already know .Thanks a lot, man. Made the decision very easy for me, just how I like it.Now I gotta hunt for the best deal on the iStick on Cyber Monday. BTW, I notice that the KFM, which you legendarily made be buy, doesn't get a lot of respect on the forum. It even got discontinued for Christ's sake!
I personally like it better than the Magma and KFL+. Less gurgling, smoother draw, virtually no leaking if you fill it up the right way. PS- Scarfy strongly suggested a Youde AGA-T5. Anyone here familiar with it?
If I'm really enjoying the vape I'm in no hurry to change it.
Good thing I keep my digital caliper in my desk.
P2 = 22.7mm (but it has the beveled edge on top)
P3 = 22.7mm
KFL = 22.0 mm
FYI Todd said he should have a review up for the Kayfun4 this coming week.
So it's close enough to not look stupid, but keep the beauty ring on the P2. Sounds about right......
I finally got my Infiniti KFL+ v2 in from FT that I ordered 3 weeks ago...
I set it up in nano mode and lost 17mm in height compared to the Aerotank v2 I had been running on my VS DNA 30. I went a bit bigger in diameter, instead of a 1.6mm coil, I built a 2mm macro coil ( compressed ) with 9 wraps of 28g coming in at 1.5Ω. This is also the first time I've used cotton for wicking... I'd picked up some Japanese cotton from eBay and it goes in easily... easier than the silica that I'd been using up until this point.
I have a EhPro KFL from a year ago but had quit using it for a few reasons. It didn't have AFC on it, I didn't have a nano kit so it was large and heavy and it'd gunk a coil before I finished a tank ( NET e-liquids ) and at that time I was only building spaced coils so changing wicks was enough of a pain I'd just completely rebuild everytime instead.
Since it is wider than my Vapershark... I went with the black one so you don't see the overhang as easily. Vapor production is much better than the Aerotank dual coils ( or even my rebuilt single coils )... I can't say much about taste yet until I get the coil broke in so the metallic flavor goes away, it is a denser flavor though but has a bit of a twang to it ( Hollywood Knights reference ).
Might be beginners luck but I got a working nickel coil on my first try. Lots to still figure out, but I'm excited.
The Nano conversion makes sense for the VS.
True that... and I was taking that into account a little... mostly the capacity works better for the NET's so I'm not having to empty a tank after the coil gunks.
Most of those NETs from GeJ, QnJ, W2V, etc.. will kill a coil within 2mls. Another reason to like HHV...they're clean.
