Hey there, April. I've missed you guys too. Thanksgiving was good.

Do I see that you've got some new gear and are making your own coils? That's a big change from the old April we used to tease. Good on you.

I'm sorta going the other direction. No experimenting for me. I'm pretty much strictly using kayfun 3.1's and my Provari or MVP. My Provari is wonky (from being dropped a few times) and needs to be sent in for repair.

For a backup while the Provari gone, I ordered an eleaf i-stick today.

Yeah, it's crazy isn't it? I even have a dripper :)

I just got the Vapor Flask DNA40 and my first nickel coil in there tonight. I think I found my little spot in the vape gear world. So far I'm loving it.

I do still have my twists and a few carto tanks for out and about and nostalgia purposes.

Nice to see you pop in! Enjoy the holiday season. Hope all is well in Texas!

It just dawned on me that I am down to four Mods- a Woodvil (Legend), a VV Grand (currently Vanilla Dream), and Grands (resting, it's the weekend).

I feel nekked......

Fret not. This should be headed your way in a couple hours. All cleaned up and ready to go. :)

Ok, I'll admit it. I woke up early like a kid at Christmas because I wanted to play with my VF some more. Refilled the Achilles and it's still working! Playing with the watts. Such a strange concept that I can increase the watts and it never gets any hotter than my set limit. I'm having so much fun!

The "D" is supposed to be for 'Dynasty', but I guess it means 'Dusty' now. That is a two-piece, platinum and gold- plated 'Eternity' wide bore tip, the one I was saying "Don't toss" about.
The feed port is on one side, kind of, as it's at an angle. The RM5 is made from 'Cross' something, it is a cloud producer. Bimini Twist is familiar with that RBA, but I'll go search REOVille to get a definite answer.
Keep the 'Classic', for now. This Mod/ RBA was a little much for me, but it is a Quality PV. If you enjoy it, you just might wind up sending your 'Classic' back to the Spa for upgrades. I hope you do enjoy it that much.....

Double Cross.. wow! crazy air-flow on that thing. Come to Poppa!!

Dynasty -- Dusty. Same thing! Sick looking tip! :D

As you can tell, I didn't really research this much before going full out and making the deal with you. I just wanted to get my hands on the LP/SL Grand. Everything else is window dressing!

Edit: Watching Todd's review on the Double Cross. His summary (very tentatively) - "I wouldn't recommend this, if you're looking for what I would consider to be "normal" vaping!"

"If you're a cloud chaser, have Pinoy blood flowing through your veins, or want to be adopted by the Philippines, buy it!"

On the RM5 - I would run twin 1.2 micros (0.6 ohm) and set the VAF ring at about half, for flavor. But if you drop the ohms and open the VAF, you have stouter lungs than I have. As a M-T-L vaper, it was just too much for me.
You're going to like the 'window dressing', trust me

You asked for it.... by the way, I would position the air slots with the coils when I closed the RBA, seemed to work better that way.

Oh yeah, absolutely! Number one rule of any RBA .. air-flow goes in front of coils.
