I can't tell you what it'll be like with that much resistance, but just for kicks, you'd be remiss to not take that same coil and double it on a mech, just for one tank.

Take your bestest juice, load it in a kayfun, load it in that magma, you'd be at .6ohms, and see the difference. I'm curious as to the difference between a single and dual coil just in the magma. There's no reason why I haven't made the comparison myself. Other than I'm inherently lazy.

I'd be going against the grain. :( I generally setup all my devices for consistency. That way it does not matter what I pick up, I don't need to fiddle with changing any settings.

That being said, I'll do as you suggested, build a sub-ohm'er and give it a try. It'll probably be a dual 1.6 ohm for a .8 or so result. I don't want to stray too too far from my comfort zone.

I also have a bunch of juices from River Bottom Fog sauce that don't play nice in tanks, so I'll be using them in the Magma for sure. If I like it, I'll definitely be picking up a couple more from from Slowtech. At $15 or so for the 1:1, they won't break the bank.

Calve is such a sweety! He wanted me to have his authentic Gus Lord mech and authentic KFL so he sent them to me. They are awesome and I will vape them proudly. Such a nice gift. Thanks sweetheart!!

Only because I hadn't found the star spangled shorts at that time. Figured you should have something that operated smooth...

Just like me. lol

My first build was a single. The improvement over a KF in flavor was clear. Next was a dual just to try it. Not going back to single anytime soon. Next will be dual at .7 to see if Retic is right and that's the sweet spot.

Glad you got Magmatized Dusty . .7 to .9 duals has been the sweet spot for most of the juices I've tried in it so far , I wish I could try some RBFS but it's too much PG for me , let us know what you think of the dual coil setup in the Magma , I think it's the way to go IMO .

About to start work on the Magma build, and noticed that it does not sit flush on the Panzer. There's a 1.5 - 2mm gap because of what seems like a long 510 connector on it. The Panzer does not have an adjustable top connector, so it would leave a gap..

Building time.. back in a bit!

Don't know about yours, but on mine, although it's not adjustable, it's floating. Take the top of the panzer off and then screw the Magma onto it. Then adjust the screw/adj connector to remove batt rattle or looser for snug fit?

    Dman,

Did you try the smallest afc hole?

I thought the whole purpose of this exercise was to do massive lung hits with wide open bore.. I'll give it a try, but I'd have to do mouth to lung hits then, right?!
