Nope I use part of my work desk, I use paper towels though instead of a dish towel.

Dust uses cloth napkins too. We use paper napkins because we don't have as much class as Dust.

KK try going to 28ga next build , the heavier wire is easier to work with and it decreases the chance of chopping off a lead when you crank down on it .Well getting juice to the coil now is no problem. I got too much juice. I couldn't believe the difference. I had to rewick one of the coils to make it more full on the bottom tail. Still don't have it right. I think I need to open it up, and check that both coils are still firing together. Playing with the watts, and the juice/air flow. I had to crank way down on the air flow, because I had my wicks over saturated. That is the latest update. I'm taking a break from it for a while. Past time for supper.![]()
I do all of mine in the kitchen.. The tanks and coils have to be rinsed and dried for me. And I keep all my gear in a kitchen drawer. Paper towels only!
Am I the only one that does rebuilding/rewicking at my desk on a kitchen towel?![]()

I must be the weird one. Master bedroom, on the Mod, Battery out. Reos and ProVari. Disassemble, dry burn/ remove old coil and wash at bathroom sink, then return to edge of bed and just lean the Mod against the side of my hip. With battery out I recoil and ohms test. Then return the battery, dry burn and wick, reassemble.
If I tried this anywhere else in the house I'd have more help than I would want.
I have two desks in an L shape; one is for the computer, the other is my vape station. So the answer is yes on the desk but no on the towel I have a cutting mat to lay everything out on.Am I the only one that does rebuilding/rewicking at my desk on a kitchen towel?![]()
I use this silicone baking sheet to build on. It's perfect - easy to clean, easy to see atty parts and wire clippings, and it's heat and moisture resistant. I was using way too many paper towels. Now it just takes a couple for drying and cleaning atty parts.

Those are pretty cool. Ought to get some to bake our cookies on - wonder if they have them in Thailand yet so I can save on shipping costs.
Well, that explains why you have wicking issues..![]()
If I let Urlacher and Remi help (and they would try) then I'd have more problems than that.
How 'bout I send them up your way so you could train them to do so ? Just remember, they have a history of killing other animals and attacking people.
