Sorry, can you explain what's different and how the new system works as it looks very similar to the old one.

The way I understand it, it's two pieces, a pressed in nut on the bottom and a post screw that screws into the nut and is adjustable from the top. The previous version was a single pin, yes it was adjustable but with the single pin both ends moved.

Exactly. you can adjust the 510 pin all the way up or down and it will not go past that bottom nut. On the old one if you back out the pin it protrudes from the bottom of the 510 cap. You adjust it from the top where the pin makes connection with the atty, not from the bottom like most (or all for that matter) adjustable top caps i've seen.

I don't know when they are going to start selling them on Estix or (as I heard) if you already own a ZNA, HoH will send you the new version for like $15 bucks or something like that. If they have them at Zen B & M resellers I would imagine very soon though. Probably just making sure they have 500-1000 of them for all the people who bought it of ES is my guess.

Zen is really stepping up his game lately. When I was at CIEC the owner told me the new recessed Switch for Z2 tubes should be coming in soon. Don't know If you have seen them and I can't find where I found it but they look nice.

Before I realized I don't live that far from a HoH reseller i just followed EekectronicStix on facebook and set it up so that every time they posted something on the fb page it would notify me via my phone. Then just camp out on there site for 2-4 hours. It sounds harder than it is, much more boring and time consuming than hard .

Are these flat-top battery converters pretty reliable? By that, I mean when using with a Sony VTC4/5 will it work/fit reliably in the ZNA30?

For anybody who has a battery charger with a screen, how low do your batteries go before they die in your ZNA. Mine keep dying at 3.7 volts which seems high since the DNA is supposed to stop working at 3.1 volts. The thing i'm wondering is maybe there not dying, they just can't handle the wattage i'm trying to push because the DNA board doesn't say weak battery or anything, it just keeps reseting itself when my batteries get to 3.7 v. I'm just trying to figure out if this is normal or if I have a bad board. When it turns back on after reseting itself it will show usually about half the battery full on the battery indicator but once I take a vape it goes to empty and than resets again.

I've found that my VTC4/5's work in my ZNA without needing that convertor.

Correction: Two of my VTC's work but one doesn't. The flat top sticks out just enough on two of them to make connection but on the third it doesn't.

Ah okay! I really hope mine do, else I'll have to wait once I get my ZNA :( A fate worse than death

I've never tried this but in a review I watched the reviewer said you could unscrew the battery connector in the ZNA a little bit so it juts out more past the delrin piece if they aren't making a connection. I think thats why for some they work and some they don't. It just depends on how far that piece is screwed in.

So how much clickier are the newer version of the zna on the wattage adjustment? I am thinking of snagging one up whenever they go up on ens.

IDK if they will let ya, look on Estix page under ZNA it says if your account has ordered one they disable you from being able to order another one. They are trying to prevent flipping or something I guess. I say if ya want to prevent flipping make more :) (lol this is a joke I would rather them put out less and keep the amazing quality)

To answer your question though...Not that much clickier honestly. I prefer the black buttons but not enough to really care if I had either or. The top cap is the real upgrade and you don't need to buy a new one just for that. Like I said I bet ES will throw those new top caps on any day.

If ya wanna trade that link edition for the new one PM me I'm down.

Haha maybe, don't know yet. I feel bad for all you guys who have had problems with your zna! Mine takes all the flat tops I have tried with a 18650 tube with no problems at all. I guess I got really lucky with my zna.
