I was wondering if the LG HG2 18650 batteries will be fine to use in a Smoant Battlestar mod? I'll only be using this mod between 50-100 watts, so I'm fairly certain they will be fine. I've only used mods with internal batteries so picking out batteries is new for me.
20-amp batteries such as the hg2 are good up to about 60w per battery.

Thanks for the response Ken, you set my mind at ease. My sister got me the Battlestar and a crown 2 tank for Christmas. All I've ever had for mods were Innokin ones. Kind of excited to try out the new "toys" lol.

New here and just purchsed the Battlestar too. I purchased the "LG 18650HE2 2500 mAh 20A Battery" Will I have any issues? the 3 mods I have had to this point have all had built in batteries.

Same answer Ken gave me applies to you as well. Just make sure you use a married set, and get them from a reputable place of business.
