Very odd question... I'll be purchasing life insurance this year and am wondering whether I'll have to pay smokers rate if I only vape...
There'd be nicotine in any tests... but do NRP users get hit on that? It's a substantial rate difference of course...

if there's nic in urine test u will be given smoker rates.
if u use nic gum or any of the approved nic replacement products
u still can't get non smoker rates.

I sell life insurance as part of my business and with 50k or less UL or VL no nic test with most companies, 200k or less term and no nic test. Anything over those amounts and you will have to take a nic test and you would receive the smokers rate.

If you are young I would recommended buying as much as you can afford and keep it as long as you can. When you get older it cost so much more. You need to protect your family the best way you can.

How long does nic stay in the system once you've quit?

it depends on how long you have been using nic and how much you use it can be as short as a week for light short term users and 45 days for long term heavy users

If you could vape with 0 nic liquid for a month or two before the test you should test negative. Seems they should use a test that actually tests for tobacco use! Oh well.....

My goal is to not even use nic at all. I'm about three weeks in and I think I'm ready to wean off nic completely. That's your best best if you want to be on the safe side with that regard, ts.
