Everyone has heard about the coming 'Vapopaclypse' which seems to be really happening with the draconian liquid nicotine tax they are tacking into the Biden build back better bill.

So, and I see here posts on it - But sum it up for me - can we take dry leaf, powder it
into a fine powder and then mx with standard base? And then can you approximate the
nicotine strength by both quantity of powder and strength of the leaf?

- THANKS

No one has answered yet, so I will try ....
Seeing as how you used the word "leaf" I am assuming you are reffering to tobacco. It is possible to extract the flavor from some tobaccos, there is a sub-section of the ECF dedicated to this process -

Liquid Extraction From Tobacco

However, the amount of nicotine extracted in nominal.
I have three liters of 100mg nicotine, suspended in VG, in the freezer, where it remains unharmed by age or environmental effect. My advice would be to find and buy some nicotine before the Tax comes in.
The greatest threat to freedom and liberty is, unfortunately, our Elected Representatives. They will always try to find ways to steal from the general public.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And then what? Vape it? No, unless you want to kill your coil fast.

My advice would be to find and buy some nicotine before the Tax comes in.

I agree but I think what he's trying to do is think up a way for those that didn't or could not stock up to be able to make affordable nic base for DIY in order to avoid taxation. This idea, however, won't work.

Nope won't work all you'll do is extract tobacco flavor and there will be none to very little nicotine content (Like .00001%). But you will end up with a good tobacco flavoring if you filter it thoroughly that hopefully won't clog your coil.

Things to note -
1 - they pulled that tax out of BBB
2 - doesn't look like it's passing anyway
Which means, you've got time to stock up on some Nicotine. There's limited vendors shipping - but still a couple. Still an unwelcome expense - but you could "invest" now and put up a long-term supply of nicotine. That's what I did. Couple hundred bucks spent over the past year or so, and I don't have to worry for a long, long time.
